[Influence of adaptation substrates on morphological development of raspberry plantlets during ex vitro acclimatization]

Plants acclimatization to ex vitro conditions is a very stressful stage of plants micropropagation. Plants have to be adapted to new water, nutritious and light conditions. The purpose of the research was to study influence of adaptation substrates on morphological development of raspberry plantlets of the raspberry variety such as Meteor during ex-vitro acclimatization. The following substrates were tested: a mix of peat of the trade mark Florabel and sand (3:1); perlite, BIONA-112 and a mix of BIONA-112 (1:2). The results of our experiment showed that application of ion exchange substrate or its mix with perlit for raspberry plants adaptation influenced on shoots and root system development. The post-influence effect on successful adaptation of ion exchange substrate was note, since plants established on BIONA-112 exceed control plants on morphological parameters or had the same physiological development as plants after the peat substrate. Both this substrates can be used for ex vitro adaptation of Meteor variety raspberry plants
