Китайский. 研究了不同浓度赤霉素（GA3）处理对高山杜鹃‘粉金蝶’叶片酶活性和有机物含量的影响。结果表明：不同浓度的GA3处理对高山杜鹃‘粉金蝶’叶片苯丙氨酸解氨酶（PAL）活性的影响差异不显著;对过氧化物酶（POD）活性的影响较为明显,最适浓度为100 mg/L。随GA3浓度的增加,高山杜鹃‘粉金蝶’试材中可溶性蛋白含量逐渐增加,当GA3浓度达到100 mg/L时,可溶性蛋白含量达到最大值。可溶性糖含量随GA3浓度的增加差异不显著。随GA3处理后时间的延长,淀粉含量与可溶性糖的变化趋势正好相反。[著者文摘]
Показать больше [+] Меньше [-]Английский. Different GA3 concentration impact on Rhododendron delavayi ＇ Cosmopolitan＇ enzyme activity and organism content in the leaves were srudied. Results showed that the effect of different concentrations of GA3 on Rhododendron delavayi ＇Cosmopolitan＇ PAL activity was not significant in the leaves; while the effect on POD activity was more obvious, and the most suitable concentration was 100 mg/L. Generally, the soluble protein content increased gradually with the increase in the concentration of GA3. When the concentration of GA3 reached to 100 mg/L,the soluble protein content achieved its maximum value. No obvious increase in soluble sugar content was found with the increase in the concentration of GA3. The starch content changed oppositely with the soluble sugar content with prolonged GA3 treating time.
