显示更多 [+] 显示较少 [-]英语. Different GA3 concentration impact on Rhododendron delavayi ' Cosmopolitan' enzyme activity and organism content in the leaves were srudied. Results showed that the effect of different concentrations of GA3 on Rhododendron delavayi 'Cosmopolitan' PAL activity was not significant in the leaves; while the effect on POD activity was more obvious, and the most suitable concentration was 100 mg/L. Generally, the soluble protein content increased gradually with the increase in the concentration of GA3. When the concentration of GA3 reached to 100 mg/L,the soluble protein content achieved its maximum value. No obvious increase in soluble sugar content was found with the increase in the concentration of GA3. The starch content changed oppositely with the soluble sugar content with prolonged GA3 treating time.
