Millipore filtration,. and distributed in a volume of 0.5ML in glass ampoules. freez - dried and stored AT - 20t: .No bacterial contamination was detected in the freez - dried material,. The product was also negative for HBS AG and HW Antibodies but not tested for hepatitis C virus. So the preparation should be Regaded as potentialy hazardous to health,. It should be used and discarded according to laboratory's safety procedures. The 11 Home prerared material 11 calibrated with the who standard material at the same time and conditions according to the instruction of NJ.B.S.C (national institute for blologial and standard - WHO).
