Китайский. 蛇床子素结构修饰物JS―B(简称JS―B)与天然香豆索类化合物蛇床子素具有相同母体结构。研究结果表明:JS―B处理的菌丝经PI染色后未见荧光现象,表明JS―B不能破坏辣椒疫霉菌丝细胞膜,对菌丝细胞膜通透性没有影响。辣椒疫霉休止孢子经JS―B处理后其萌发时细胞壁合成材料的极性生长受到抑制,导致孢子萌发受阻。JS―B浓度在200μg・mL. 1时,可以显著降低辣椒疫霉菌丝体中β-1,3-葡聚糖酶活性,且其对辣椒疫霉菌丝体的蛋白质合成有一定的抑制作用,但对菌丝体内的DNA合成没有明显的抑制作用,对菌丝体中细胞核的分布也无显著影响。[著者文摘]

Hyphae of Phytophthora capsici treated with JS-B showed no propidium iodide fluorescence,implying that JS-B had no effect on membrane permeability. JS-B could disturb the polar deposition of newly synthesized cell wall materials during cystospore germination, as a result the cystospore failed to germinate. JS-B could degrade the activity of β-1,3-glucanase, inhibited protein biosyntheis of hyphae at 200μg・mL. 1,but had little effect on the DNA biosynthesis and nuclei distribution.
