Studies of Gangjung(IV)-Relationship of Acceleration Storage and Room Temperature Storage of Insam (Ginseng) Gangjung-.

This study was to carried out to estimate the relationship between acceleration storage and room temperature storage of gangjung and dried Insam gangjung , by acid value and peroxide value. The result were summarized as follow:1. Test for acid value of control unit, every 1 hour after acceleration storage is similar to each 7 days after room temperature storage but to test for acid value of experiment unit, every 1 hour after acceleration storage is similar to each 7.5 days after room temperature storage.
