DEUTSCH: Deutliche Zn-Mangelsymptome bei 30-40 mg Zn/kg in einer Mais-Soja-Diaet, optimales Wachstum bei 60 mg, fuer physiol. Normalbereich von Plasma-Zn waren 100 mg erforderlich. Der molare Quotient Phytinsaeure x Ca/Zn scheint auch beim Ferkel zur Vorhersage der Zn-Verfuegbarkeit geeignet. Eine Zitronensaeure-Zulage zeigte tendenziell leistungsverbessernde Effekte, die Zn-Verwertung wurde teilweise sign. verbessert. Auch die Ca- und P-Verwertung wurde tendenziell bis sign. verbessert, die Bilanzen von Mg, Fe, Cu und Mn wurden kaum beeinflusst. Fumarsaeure hatte keinen Einfluss auf die Verwertung der untersuchten Mineralstoffe.
