From Oct 1981 to Sep 1982, a total of 111 Thai common carp (Puntius gonionotus) were collected by electrofishing from the Vachiralongkorn reservoir. Thirteen species of parasites were recovered from gills, digestive tracts, internal organs and on the skin of fish samples. Acanthsentis and Dactylogyrus were found every month and the prevelance were 91.89% and 90.99% respectively. Thelohanellus was encysted on the gill filament and the highest prevalance was 55.5% in July.
