Beta-Glucane und Pentosane in Getreidesortimenten aus Mecklenburg- Vorpommern.

DEUTSCH: Erstellung von Methoden zur Bestimmung von beta-Glucan (I) und Pentosan (II). Die Artenunterschiede sind groesser als die der Sorten. Gerste und Hafer hatten die hoechsten Gehalte an I, waehrend der Roggen die hoechsten Gehalte an II hat. Weizen hat sehr geringe I-Gehalte. Bei einem anteiligen Zusatz von NSP-spezifischen Enzymen zum Futter zeigten erste Versuche mit Schweinen um etwa 5% hoehere Gewichtszunahmen und um etwa 6% bessere Futterverwertung.
