The aims of study was detection of leptin gene at different pigs and beef-cattle breed by polymerase chain detection and Real time method, determination of letptin gene concentration at different pigs and beef-cattle breeds by Real time method and determination of correlations between leptin gene concentration and butcher indicators of pigs and beef-cattle. We were used boars of Biela ušľachtilá breed (7 samples), Landras (7 samples) and hybrid (Biela ušľachtilá x Landras x Yorkshire) (23 samples) from agricultural cooperative Bučany and cattle of Slovenský strakatý breed (40 samples) from agricultural cooperative Pata, BlondeAquitane x Pinzgau breed (10 samples) from agricultural cooperative Jánovce and Holstein breed (14 samples) from agricultural cooperative Korytov as biological material...
