How to cultivate mushrooms for storage

The effect of post harvest handling of champignon mushrooms by carbon dioxide on their quality during storages was conducted. The most effective treatment is 20% CO2 during 12 hours, which supply preserve the quality of mushrooms and increase the yield of marketable products were established.
