There was similar expression of (LM14/MAC207) -bound AGP(s) in the wild type and P4H11, and P4H9 deficient lines. The use of ethanol and ß-Yariv reagent to precipitate AGPs was also involved to determine their expression. This proteomic investigation possibly reveals the involvement of other AtP4Hs than AtP4H11 that determine the expression levels of Arabinogalactan proteins.
