The effect of different doses of the probiotic product on milk production of goats of Saanen breed type | Влияние разных доз пробиотического препарата на молочную продуктивность коз в типе зааненской породы

Русский. В России растет потребительский спрос на козье молоко. Увеличение объемов его производства и переработки возможно при применении современных кормовых средств, в частности пробиотиков. Для проведения эксперимента по принципу групп аналогов с учетом живой массы и возраста были сформированы 4 группы (три опытных и одна контрольная) сукозных козоматок зааненской породы по 20 гол. в каждой (по методике Овсянникова). Животные контрольной группы получали основной хозяйственный рацион, а в рацион 1-й, 2-й и 3-й опытных групп был введен пробиотик в дозах 0,4; 0,6; 0,8 мл/кг массы тела/сут соответственно. Применяемый экспериментальный пробиотический препарат был разработан на основе чистых культур пропионовокислых бактерий (Propionibacterium freudenreichii) и лактобактерий (Lactobacillus plantarum). Установлено, что его введение в рацион коз увеличило среднесуточный удой по сравнению с контролем (1982±1,8 г) у коз 1-й опытной группы на 0,02%, 2-й опытной – на 1,66 и 3-й опытной группы – на 3,27%. Массовая доля жира и массовая доля белка, составившие в контроле 7,16±0,01 и 3,66±0,04% соответственно, в лучших опытных группах увеличились на 16,3 и 15,8% соответственно. Сделан вывод, что оптимальная дозировка введения в рацион коз экспериментального пробиотического препарата составляет 0,8 мл/кг массы тела.

Английский. In Russia the consumer demand of goat milk is ever growing. An increase in the volume of its production and processing is possible with the use of modern feed products, in particular probiotics. To conduct the experiment, using the principle of counterpart groups of pregnant Saanen goats with reference to live weight and age 4 groups of 20 heads in each group (three trial groups and one control group) were formed according to the Ovsyannikov method). The animals of the control group received the standard diet, and the animals of experimental groups 1, 2, 3 received the diet supplemented with the probiotic product in doses of 0.4, 0.6, 0.8 mL kg-body weight/day, respectively. The used experimental probiotic was developed on the basis of pure cultures of propionic acid bacteria (Propionibacterium freudenreichii) and lactic bacteria (Lactobacillus plantarum). It has been found that its introduction into the goat diet increased the average daily milk yield of goats compared to the control (1982±1.8 g) in goats of experiment group 1 by 0.02%, experimental group 2 - by 1.66% and experimental group 3 - by 3.27%. The weight fat fraction and protein fraction which in the control were 7.16±0.01 and 3.66±0.04%, respectively, in the best experimental groups they increased by 16.3 and 15.8%, respectively. It has been concluded that the optimal dose for introducing the experimental probiotic into the goat diet is 0.8 ml/kg of body weight.
