Attack of Hemiptera Lygus rugulipennis Popp. reduces oil contents in sunflower seeds in the fields of Vojvodina (Yugoslavia). The stronger the intensity of the attack, the greater is the reduction of oil contents. Hemiptera occupy all sunflower fields in Vojvodina (Yugoslavia) and reduce the yield by 3% or 80 kg/ha on average.
