Die Analyse stellt folgende Faktoren heraus, die die Umstrukturierung des Arbeitskraeftepotentials in der Russischen Foederation beeinflussen: - industrielle Talfahrt und Zerfall der wirtschafltichen Integration; -Zahlungsunfaehigkeit der staatlichen Betriebe; - Kuerzung der staatlichen Investitionen; - Schliessung zahlreicher umweltschaedigender Betriebe; - Veraenderung der Eigentumsform (Privatisierung) der staatlichen Betriebe.
