Quality of milk in central region of Poland

Investigations were done in 1996-2000. The aim of the study was the evaluation of milk quality changes. Milk was collected from 3 thousand farmers by one of the creamery cooperative situated in central region of Poland. Quality of purchasing milk improved systematically thanks to observing similar as in the EU. Quantity of purchasing milk collected in clase E increased from 19.5 percent to 40.3 percent and in class III from 67.5 to 20.8 percent in 1999
