Английский. A Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) method was set up to determine the ratio between pig (Sus scrofa) and goose (Anser anser) DNA quantities in a mixture. A universal primer and two specific primers for goose and pig were used. A highly significant statistical correlation (P about 0.01) between goose and pig DNA quantities and the electrophoretic band areas of PCR products was found

E' stato allestito un metodo di Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) per misurare il rapporto tra le quantita' di DNA delle specie suino (Sus scrofa) ed oca (Anser anser). Sono stati utilizzati a questo proposito un primer universale e due primers specifici per suino ed oca. E' stata trovata una correlazione altamente significativa (P circa 0,01) tra le quantita' di DNA dell'oca e del maiale e le aree delle bande del gel elettroforetico corrispondenti ai relativi prodotti PCR
