Hvordan kan Skanska benytte leverandøren til å øke verdiskapningen i verdikjeden

Boligprosjektering og utbygging har den senere tiden vært preget av lave marginer, noe som gir lav inntjening for entreprenørselskapene. Oppgaven analyser hvordan leverandørene kan trekkes inn i verdikjeden for å bidra til økt verdiskapning. Det blir spesielt lagt vekt på tre ulike program som finnes i organisasjonen til Skanska Norge AS. Programmene arbeider med ulike deler av Lean, standardisering, prekvalifisering av leverandører og effektivisering av byggeprosessen. Oppgaven analyseres de ulike programmene, samt hvordan disse burde organisere seg i forhold til hverandre. Det presenteres også en alternativ organisering av boligprosjekteringen og byggingen med fokus på innkjøp. Denne organiseringen legger til rette for at leverandøren i økende grad kan bidra til verdiskapning. Den teoretiske forankringen av oppgaven er i stor grad knyttet opp mot Lean, noe som medfører at prosessmodellering av organisasjonen spiller en sentral rolle. Deler av oppgaven omhandler også positive og negative sider ved å gjennomføre en prosessorientering av organisasjonen. / Project design of apartment housing are subject to minimal profit margins. This thesis analyses how the suppliers can be included in the value chain thus contribute to an increase in profit margin. There have been a special emphasis on three programs within the Skanska Norge AS organisation. Each of the program handles different aspects of Lean theory; standarisation, pre- qualification of suppliers and effeciency in the construction process. The thesis analysesthe different programs and how they should be organised in connection with eachother. There will also be presented an alternative scheme of organising the construction process focusing on procurment. This alternative facilitates the suppliers to contribute towards the value. The thesis is mainly based on Lean theory, which implies that process modelling of the organisation is an important part of the analysis. The thesis also discusses pros and cons of performing an process orientation of the organisastion.
