Dimensionamiento del sistema de tratamiento de agua residual para la unidad de cuidado animal del Instituto de Protección y Bienestar Animal - IDPYBA | Dimensioning of the residual water treatment system for the animal care unit of the Institute of Animal Protection and Welfare - IDPYBA

El presente trabajo de grado busca encontrar la mejor alternativa de tratamiento a las aguas residuales provenientes de las actividades realizadas en la Unidad de Cuidado Animal - UCA del Instituto de Protección y Bienestar Animal – IDPYBA en Bogotá, por medio del dimensionamiento (Cálculo de dimensionamiento y elaboración de planos) de un tratamiento biológico que reduzca las concentraciones de sólidos suspendidos totales, DBO5, grasas y aceites, entre otros, que actualmente incumplen con la normativa en vertimientos, la resolución 0631 de 2015, con el fin de disminuir los aportes de las concentraciones al alcantarillado de la ciudad y como entidad pública dar ejemplo en el aporte al mejoramiento de la calidad del río Bogotá.

The present work of degree seeks to find the best alternative treatment to wastewater from the activities carried out in the Unidad de Cuidado Animal - UCA of Instituto de Protección y Bienestar Animal - IDPYBA in Bogotá, by means of sizing (Calculation of sizing and development of plans) of a biological treatment that reduces the concentrations of total suspended solids, BOD5, fats and oils, among others, that currently do not comply with the regulations on wastewater effluent, resolution 0631 of 2015, in order to diminish the contributions of the concentrations to the sewerage of the city and as a public entity to give an example in the contribution to the improvement of the quality of the Bogotá river.
