The Photographs of Dairy Farmers at the Graham School consists of two black-and-white formally posed photographs of large groups of dairy farmers attending courses conducted by the Graham School. The photographs are accompanied by numbered keys to the individuals pictured. The keys list names, addresses, names and locations of farms, and the chief breeds of cattle raised. The farmers pictured are chiefly from the United States Midwest and Ontario, Canada. One photograph is labeled "The Graham School, Toledo, 1946." One key is labeled "Graham School, Sherman Hotel, Chicago, Illinois 1944."

The Graham School for Dairymen was founded in 1909 by Dr. Frank B. Graham, a veterinarian trained at the Kansas City Veterinary College. For many years the Graham School held classes in various cities, before establishing a permanent location in Garnett, Kansas. The school is now known as the Graham School for Livestock Men and Women, and has broadened its scope to include horses as well as cattle. Members of the Graham family still serve on the faculty and administration.

The photographs were donated to Special Collections of the USDA National Agricultural Library by David Doss, who found them at a flea market in Michigan. The material was originally contained in an envelope labeled "Rollin Gross, St. Mary Farms, Monroe, Mich." Rollin C. Gross is listed as No. 105 in the Chicago photograph. The Graham School for Cattlemen and Women in Garnett, Kansas confirmed that the photographs are from their school.
