For the study of the quality of milk in the consumer market, both local factory production and household milk, as well as imported products, were taken. Based on the quantitative and organoleptic analysis, the qualitative indicators and competitiveness of the products in the domestic market were established. Tab. 11, Fig. 2, Ref. 7.
