Researches on cattle have shown that the amino acid composition of meat and liver proteins of beef cattle affected by echinococcus changes insignificantly. Qualitative changes have been observed in the content of some amino acids. The content of threonine lecithin, serine, tyrosine, glutamine decreases, but the content of methionine and arginine increases.
