En este texto el lector encontrará los principales debates que ha venido adelantando la doctrina nacional respecto de la protección ambiental del agua, la regulación del uso y aprovechamiento del recurso hídrico, y la aplicación práctica de dichas normas frente a proyectos de infraestructura vial.

This text also includes the principal debates on water protection in the case of the construction and operation of infrastructure projects (roads), as well as the applicable regulation to said projects.
