Principales razas de conejos de piel

El objetivo del presente trabajo de investigación es dar a conocer sobre el conejo, es considerado animales de origen europeo, con posibles adaptaciones en el norte de los Alpes; pertenece al orden de lagomorfos; son animales que pesan de 4 a 5.5 kilos en su etapa de adulto. Actualmente, la cunicultura tiene variadas formas de presentar la carne, piel y pelo de conejo, llegando hasta la mascota. En la crianza de conejos de piel destacan dos razas definidas como la chichilla y castor rex; especialmente, por su piel y masa muscular que va de 2,80 a 3 kilogramos. La producción de conejos de piel tiene en cuenta la raza. La clasificación taxonómica obedece al grado de pureza, características internas y externas, importante para el productor que tenga conocimientos y emplee técnicas. La reproducción depende de la madurez de sus órganos, edades, temperaturas optimas. Por ello, el técnico debe estar atento en la granja con sus registros claros de las hembras que van a entrar en celo y parir. La crianza de conejos requiere una vigilancia permanente desde el nacimiento, alimentación, salud y engorde, debido a las propias necesidades de los animales. Muchos emprendedores se enfrentan a diversas dificultades con la crianza de conejos de piel, por desconocimiento de la actividad pecuaria moderna. Actualmente, la cunicultura aporta al capital familiar del hogar, nutrición de calidad que beneficia al productor y consumidor con piel y sangre; con fertilizante para la agricultura y para la industria del vestido .Ante la abundante solicitud del mercado para productos en base de conejo, se producen grandes oportunidades para los emprendedores que se dedican a la producción de conejos de piel y carne, Solamente se requiere ser capaces y eficientes en el manejo y aprovechamiento de todos los productos y sub productos que se obtienen de la cunicultura.

The objective of this research work is to raise awareness about the rabbit, it is considered an animal of European origin, with possible adaptations in the north of the Alps; It belongs to the order of lagomorphs; They are animals that weigh 4 to 5.5 kilos in their adult stage. Currently, rabbit farming has various ways of presenting rabbit meat, skin and hair, reaching even the pet. In the breeding of fur rabbits, two breeds stand out, defined as the chichilla and beaver rex; especially, due to its skin and muscle mass that ranges from 2.80 to 3 kilograms. The production of fur rabbits takes the breed into account. The taxonomic classification obeys the degree of purity, internal and external characteristics, important for the producer who has knowledge and uses techniques. Reproduction depends on the maturity of their organs, ages, and optimal temperatures. Therefore, the technician must be attentive on the farm with its clear records of the females that are going to come into heat and give birth. Raising rabbits requires permanent monitoring from birth, feeding, health and fattening, due to the animals' own needs. Many entrepreneurs face various difficulties with raising fur rabbits, due to ignorance of modern livestock activity. Currently, rabbit farming contributes to the family capital of the home, quality nutrition that benefits the producer and consumer with skin and blood; with fertilizer for agriculture and for the clothing industry. Given the abundant market request for rabbit-based products, there are great opportunities for entrepreneurs who are dedicated to the production of fur and meat rabbits. They only need to be able and efficient in the management and use of all the products and sub-products obtained from rabbit farming.
