Показать больше [+] Меньше [-]The urban Housing Profile Studies act as both a diagnosis and an analytical tool to help governments identify gaps and bottlenecks in the housing sector that impede the housing market from working properly, particularly in terms of the urban poor. They provide evidence required to support necessary institutional, regulatory and policy reforms, both at local and national levels, where urban population densities are rapidly intensifying. This final technical report illustrates processes and activities as well as the results achieved in the four demonstration countries, with reviews of project research, outputs, and outcomes, and including lessons learned and recommendations.
