Dinámica de almacenamiento de carbono en el ecosistema de terraza media de Arboretum el Huayo en Puerto Almendra, Loreto – Perú, 2019

El trabajo se ha realizado determinando la dinámica del almacenamiento de la biomasa y almacenamiento de carbono por clase diamétrica entre 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60,70, 80, 90, 100 cm durante 17 años de evaluación (2002-2019), en el ecosistema de terraza media del arboretum El Huayo en Puerto Almendra, Loreto, Perú. Se calculó la biomasa y el carbono almacenado por hectárea. Se evaluaron los datos del inventario forestal de las especies con fustes ≥ 10 cm en cuatro parcelas 5, 6 7, 8. El cálculo de la biomasa y carbono almacenado se ha realizado en forma indirecta utilizando el volumen comercial y la densidad básica por cada especie. Los resultados indican que las clases diamétricas de los fustes de los arboles entre 20-30 cm, 30-40 cm y 40-50 cm son las más dinámicas, por tener mayor productividad en biomasa aérea con promedio de 63,78 t/ha, 72,63 t/ha y 60,73 t/ha respectivamente. Los años más dinámicas para el crecimiento de la biomasa fueron el 2018 y 2019 con 37,47 t/ha y 38,50 t/ha respectivamente, y almacenamiento de carbono con promedio de 18,74 tC/ha y 19,25 tC/ha respectivamente. Las clases diamétricas 20-30 cm, 30-40 cm y 40-50 cm son las más dinámicas en el almacenamiento de carbono aéreo con promedio de 31,89 tC/ha, 36,31tC/ha y 30,36 tC/ha respectivamente. Las especies de mayor rendimiento en almacenamiento de carbono son la Eschweilera grandiflora con 71,1 t/ha, seguido de Alchornea triplinervia con 52,2 t/ha, Brosimum utile 32,1 t/ha, Eschweilera coriácea 24,3 t/ha y Pourouma tomentosa con 23,7 t/ha.

This work has been done determining the aerial biomass production dynamics carbon storage by diameter class between 10 cm, 20 cm, 30 cm, 40 cm, 50 cm, 60 cm, 70 cm, 80 cm, 90 cm y 100 cm during 17 years of evaluation: 2002-2019, in the the mid-terrace ecosystem of the arboretum “El Huayo” in Puerto Almendra, Loreto, perú. The biomass and carbon storage were calculated per hectare. The data from the forest inventory of the species with shafts≥ 10 cm were evaluated in four plots of land 5, 6 7, 8. The Biomass calculation and the carbon storage have been done indirectly using formulas. The results show that the diameter classes of tree trunks between 20-30 cm, 30-40 cm y 40-50 cm are the most dynamic due to a high productivity in aerial biomass with an average of 63,78 t/ha, 72,63 t/ha and 60,73 t/ha respectively. The most dynamic years for the biomass growth were 2018 and 2019 with 37,47 t/ha y 38,50 t/ha respectively, and the carbon storage with an average of 18,74 tC/ha and 19,25 tC/ha respectively. The Diametric classes 20-30 cm, 30-40 cm and 40-50 cm are the most dynamic in the aerial carbon storage with an average of 31,89 tC/ha, 36,31tC/ha and 30,36 tC/ha respectively.
