Das Modell SIMPHYT 3 zur Berechnung des witterungsbedingten Epidemiedruckes der Krautfäule der Kartoffel (Phytophthora infestans (Mont.) de Bary)

Im Rahmen der wissenschaftlichen Betreuung der durch die Bundesländer finanzierten Zentralstelle für Entscheidungshilfen und Programme im Pflanzenschutz (ZEPP) wurde das Modell SIMPHYT 3 entwickelt. Ein Algorithmus, der die sich aus den letzten 14 Tagen aufgrund der Witterung ergebenden Befallsstärke berechnet, wird gleitend über der Zeitachse angewendet, wobei immer von einer einheitlichen Anfangsstärke des Inokulums am Anfang des 14-Tage-Zeitraums ausgegangen wird. Die Modellidee basiert auf dem Äquivalenz-Theorem von VAN DER PLANK, das besagt, daß mit den Größen Latenzzeit, Dauer der infektiösen Periode und „Neuinfektionsrate" eine Epidemie vollständig beschrieben werden kann. Als Epidemiedruck wird im Modell eine logarithmische Transformation des vom Modellkern errechneten Befalls definiert. Als Resultat einer Erprobung durch die TU München, Lehrstuhl für Phytopathologie, und die Baye1ische Landesanstalt für Bodenkultur und Pflanzenbau, Abteilung Pflanzenschutz, wurde eine sinnvolle Klassifizierung dieser metrischen Größe Epidemiedruck ermittelt, die diesen in 5 Klassen von „sehr niedrig" bis „sehr hoch" einteilt. Diese Information benutzt der Pflanzenschutz- Berater für seine Empfehlungen zum Spritzabstand und den zu wählenden Fungiziden bei der Bekämpfung der Kartoffelkrautfäule.

Английский. The model SIMPHYT 3 was developed in frame of the scientific support of the central office for decision support systems and software in plant protection (ZEPP). The basic idea consists in it, that an algorithm is applied over the time axis. Daily it calculates the degree of infestation that results from the weather of the last fourteen days using the same initial infestation at the beginning of each fourteen-days-interval. The model idca is based on the equivalence-theorem of VAN DER PLANK, which says that an epidemic can be completely described by means the terms: latent period, infection period and the so called corrected basic infection rate. The epidemic pressure is defined as a logarithmic transformation of the infestation degree calculated by the model cernel. An appropriate classification of this metric measure from "very low" to "very high" was found out in the practical test phase of the model. The information on the epidemic pressure is used by the extention service as a basic information for advices on optimal time intervals of application and the appropriate fungicides against the late blight disease on potatoes.
