Профилактика сезонных нарушений обменных процессов у высокопродуктивных коров

In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus the seasonal derangements of metabolic processes at high-producing cows usually take place in the period from March till May. Analysis of efficiency of application of national preparation CMP (complex-mineral preparation -iron (15 mg/ml); iodine (6,8 mg/ml); magnesium (6,0 mg/ml); selenium (0,32 mg/ml) and vitamin preparation Trivitim (vitamin A – 30000 IU; , vitamin D – 40000 IU; vitamin E – 20 mg) for the preserving of high milking yielding capacity and prevention of metabolic processes disorders was realized. Four groups of high productive cows were formed. First group was entered 10 ml of CMP intramuscular; cows of the second group were entered 10 ml of Trivitim intramuscular; cows of the third group were entered CMP and Trivitim in the same doses; and the fourth group was a controlled one. On the 1-st, 7-th and 15-th days there was realized evaluation animal clinical state, hematologic and biochemical blood indexes (leukocytes; erythrocytes; hemoglobin; thrombocytes; ESR; total protein; albumins; urea; creatinine; glucose; calcium; phosphorous; magnesium; iron), and average daily milk yield. There was also analyzed the phagocytic activity of neutrophilic leukocytes. Research results showed that content of leukocytes and ESR in blood in all experimental groups was within the standard limits. In the first experimental group there was state the increasing of hemoglobin (from 91,4 +/- 4,38 up to 111,83 +/- 4,3 g/l (P less than0,05) ) and erythrocytes (from 4,48 +/- 0,21 up to 5,97 +/- 0,45 10E12/l) content. The same changes were stated in cows of the 2-d and 3-d experimental groups. Content of hemoglobin and erythrocyte in blood of cows which were administrated with CMP and Trivitim increased from 90,6 +/- 0,06 to 99,83 +/- 3,61 g/l and from 4,51 +/- 0,27 to 5,55 +/- 0,28 10E12/l, respectively. Analyze of biochemical indexes of cow blood showed that content of total protein, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium and iron increased. On the 15-th day there was stated the decrease of urea. Research results proved that the combined application of CMP and Trivitim was efficient and prevented subclinical disorders of metabolic processes

Investigation of influence of water improved by potassium permanganate solution on welfare and productivity of piglets was realized in the conditions of swine breeding complex in the Republic of Belarus. In the experiment there were used 2 groups of 30-day old piglets. In course of 75 days of experiment the running water of pig complex was used for watering of piglets of control group. Piglets from the experimental group were given water with addition of 0,1% solution of potassium permanganate. Analysis of obtained results showed that water with potassium permanganate promoted the increasing of natural resistance of piglets. At the same time there was stated the increasing of lysozyme and bacterial activityin blood serum. Application of improved water promoted the increasing hemoglobin on 4,8-4,5%, erythrocytes - on 2,9-4,2% in comparison with control. Content of total protein increased on 2,2-2,8% in the experimental groups, lisozyme activity - 6,9-7,0% and bacterial activity - on 5-6,9%. Application of improved water did not influence the glucose and potassium concentration in blood. In the experimental group there was stated the increased lipid concentration on 3,1-6%, cholesterol - on 4,4-6,3%, potassium level - on 2,5-4,5%, phosphorus - on 0,7-5,3%, sodium - on 1,4-3,8%. Application of water with КMnО4 increased average daily weight gain on 5,2-4,2%

Determination of productivity and natural resistance indexes of laying hens after application of dry multienzyme preparation Vitazim (xylanase, 3600 units/g; cellulose, 3000 units/g; beta-glucanase, 7000 units/g); as well as the specification of optimal doses the enzyme were realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. Research results showed that the best indexes of egg yields of laying hens were obtained after application in the main poultry diet of enzyme preparation Vitazim in dose 500 g/t that made it possible to increase the productivity in the experimemtal group on 12%. Application of Vitazim also promoted the increasing of natural resistance level of laying hens. There was stated the positive effect of Vitazim on bactericidal activity of blood serum. Before the beginning of test this index was the level of 44,35+/-0,92 – 56,52 +/-1,63. By the 300-th day of life the bactericidal activity of blood serum in experimental group administrated Vitazim in dose 300 g/t exceeded the control idexes on 3,8%; in the second experimental group (Vitazim in dose of 500 g/h) – on 29,5%; in the third experimental group (/vitazim on dose of 700 g/h) – on 23,7%.Vitazim administration also exercised positive influence on lysozyme activity in blood serum of lying hens

In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there was realized a study of age-specific features of level of erythrocytes, haemoglobin in blood, activity of aspartate aminotransferase, alanine aminotransferase, lactate dehydrogenase, alkaline phosphatase, as well as concentration of calcium, phosphorous, magnesium and ferrum in blood serum of suckling colts in the first 6 months of life. In the studied animals there was stated increased levels, haemoglobin and ferrum concentration in blood, but during the 6th month of life the same indexes decreased considerably. The most considerable changes оf blood serum enzymatic activities occurred at the age of 2 and 6 months. Thus, during the 2nd month of life a raise in ALAT, LDH activity, calcium and phosphorus concentration was noticed. At the age of 6 months ALAT and ASAT levels increased, and LDH activity, magnesium and phosphorus concentration decreased. During the first 6 months of life the ALP activity was on a high level and underwent no reliable changes. As the research showed, blood serum enzymatic activity and concentration of calcium, phosphorus, magnesium and ferrum depended on colt age and change at the process of growth and development of animals.

An effort to demonstrate the mechanism of homeostatic alteration of high-producing cows at the period of increasing milking capacity and peculiar features of its changing in the conditions of introduction into cattle diets of carbohydrate containing and carbohydrate compensative additives was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. In course of the experiment there were used white-and-black breed cows of 3-4 lactations with body weight of 700 kg and milk yield over the last lactation of 7000-8000 kg of milk. Experimental cows in two weeks before the supposed calving were administrated with 50 ml of propylene glycol, 6 g of niacin and 50 ml of glycerin; and in course of 60 days after calving the administration of the additives was realized in doses of 125 ml; 6 g; 50 ml, respectively. Research results showed that application of mentioned above additives rendered the positive effect on cow liver that was proved by the improved hemic function of experimental cows: increasing of quantity of erythrocytes, hemoglobin, and hematocrit
