In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there were presented the results of a veterinary and sanitary assessment and bacteriological investigation of sheep slaughter products, which showed meat serviceability for consumption after application of Triclafen suspension. Application Triclafen suspension did not render negative influence on an organism of animals. It was proved by organoleptic and laboratory research of meat of slaughter animals of experimental and control groups. The meat obtained from healthy sheep which were administrated the suspension in accordance with microbiological indicators proved to be of good quality and corresponded to the established norms (Sanitary regulations and standards 11 - 63 Republic of Belarus 98): it had the general bacterial content within admissible limits and did not contain agents of anthropozoonosts, alimentary toxicosis and toxinfections and it can be sold without any restrictions.

In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there was realized a complex of studies of quality swine slaughter products against the background of combine applications of the albuminous-vitamin-mineral additive Immovit and an extract of hill-growing saltwort for the preventive maintenance and treatment of a toxic dystrophy of liver. Research results showed the analysed preparations did not render negative influence on quality and safety of produced meat products. Against the background of application of the albuminous-vitamin-mineral additive Immovit in combination with an extract of hill-growing saltwort there was stated the improvement of swine slaughter product quality. In products from the animals which were administrated with a complex of examined preparations there was stated an optimized moisture content, the increasing of a relative biological value of a product (101,3-103,8%), and according to the indexes of bacterial safety the experimental pork considerably surpassed the meat indexes from animals of control groups. At the same time, in slaughter animal products of control groups there were revealed coliform bacillus bacteria.

Realization of veterinary and sanitary examination of meat and slaughter products of calves treated with hyperimmune serum against cattle colibacillosis was conducted in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. There were formed two groups calves of 3-5 days old. Calves of the first group were treated with serum biological preparation of trial series produced at Vitebsk Biofabrika (Belarus). Calves of the second group were intact animals. Calves of each group were killed in 14 days after preparation application for realization of veterinary-sanitary examination. Slaughter meat was studied in accordance with the following indexes: pH; peroxidase activity; presence of products of primary protein breakdown; moisture content; relative biological value of meat; bacterial examination. The research results of organoleptic indicators showed that meat of both groups corresponded to the standards. Hyperimmune serum against colibacillosis of live-stock animals did not render negative influence on organoleptic, physical and chemical indexes of meat. Indexes of the relative biological value in meat of calves treated with the examined serum were higher than the similar indexes of intact animals. Meat of all examined animals did not have any germs of toxico-infections and toxicoses

The results of Pasteurella allocation from fur animals on the basis of studying of their cultural-morphological, biochemical properties and definition of a specific accessory are given. As a result of carrying out of bacteriological research of the pathological material received from fur animals, pure cultures have been allocated. On the basis of cultural-morphological and biochemical properties these cultures are carried to Pasteurella multocida. At serotyping these cultures Pasteurella multocida are carried to serovariants A, B and D. For selection the most important in the epizootic relation serovariants A and B Pasteurella multocida have been selected. Selected strains of serovariants A and B Pasteurella multocida had stable properties for everyone serovariant Pasteurella, that has given the basis to passport them in a collection of microorganisms to The S.N.Vyshelesskij Institute of Experimental Veterinary Medicine and a demand tax in the National centre of intellectual property at Ministerial council of Belarus on patents | Приводятся результаты выделения от пушных зверей пастерелл на основании изучения их культурально-морфологических, биохимических свойств и определение серовариантной принадлежности. В результате проведения бактериологических исследований патологического материала, полученного от пушных зверей, были выделены чистые культуры на основании культурально-морфологических и биохимических свойств и отнесены к Pasteurella multocida. При серотипизации установленные культуры Pasteurella multocida отнесены к серовариантам А, В и D. Для проведения селекции были отобраны наиболее важные в эпизоотическом отношении серовариан-ты А и В Pasteurella multocida. Селекционированные штаммы серовариантов А и В Pasteurella multocida имели стабильные свойства для каждого сероварианта пастерелл, что дало основание паспортизировать их в коллекции микроорганизмов Инстита экспериментальной ветеринарии им. С.Н. Вышелесского и подать заявки в Национальный центр интеллектуальной собственности при Совете Министров Республики Беларусь на патенты

There was studied the influence of parasites on quantitative and qualitative characteristics of gastrointestinal microflora of animals. The digestive path represents open system by means of which contact of macroorganism to environment and present at it microbes is carried out. For normal functioning of digestive system the essential role is played by its microbiocenosis condition. During the research some regularities in the rumen and intestine microflora content under the influence of parasites (e.g. N. vitulorum and in assotiation with Eimeria spp. and Strongylata spp) have been postulated. They are expressed by quantity reduction of bifido- and lactoflora with simultaneous increase of content of conditional-pathogenic intestinal stick, aerobic bacillus and micromicet; decrease of quantitative and qualitative structure of protozoa rumen, decrease in their mobility, and also decrease in activity of cicatricial microflora. | Целью работы является изучение влияния паразитов на количественную и качественную характеристики микрофлоры желудочно-кишечного тракта животных. Пищеварительный тракт представляет собой открытую систему, посредством которой осуществляется контакт макроорганизма с внешней средой и присутствующими в нем микробами. Для нормального функционирования пищеварительной системы существенную роль играет состояние ее микробиоценоза. В ходе исследований установлены определенные закономерности в изменении микробиоценоза рубца и кишечника под влиянием паразитарных агентов у телят (а именно, при паразитировании Neoascaris vitulorum в виде моноинвазиии или в ассоциации с Eimeria spp. и Strongylata spp.), которые выражаются уменьшением количества бифидо- и лактофлоры с одновременным увеличением содержания условно-патогенной кишечной палочки, аэробных бацилл и микромицет; нарушением количественного и качественного состава простейших рубца, снижением их подвижности, а также снижением активности рубцовой микрофлоры.
