Оценка антагонистической активности и эффективность применения новых бесклеточных пробиотиков

Evaluation of antagonistic activity of strains of lactic and bifid bacteria, metabolite producers, as well as the treatment and prophylactic efficacy of Laktimet and Batsinil probiotics was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. In course of study there were estimated 29 strains of lactic acid bacillus of different kinds, 13 strains of bifid bacteria and 35 strains of bacillus (Bac. subtilis and Bac. pumilis). There were studied 3 strains of bifid bacteria: Bifidobacterium adolescentis MS-42; Bifidobacterium adolescentis BIM V-01; Bifidobacterium adolescentis BIM V-87; 2 strains of lactic acid bacillus: Lactococcus lactis subsp. Lactis BIM V-132, Lactococcus casei subsp. rhamnosus BIM V-189; and 6 strains of Bacillus subtilis. Research results showed that the main part of the studied strains had steady antagonistic activity to test-cultures of opportunistic pathogenic bacteria. Zone of growth delay of test-cultures of the main quantity of strains (from 54 up to 92%) was from 11 up to 30. Research results showed that application of cell-free probiotics Laktimet and Batsinil promoted the increasing of resistance by means of increasing or lowering of total protein, insignificant increasing of blood serum bactericidal activity and increasing of phagocytic activity of leukocytes on 7,3%

Creation of effective and easy-to-replicate in laboratory conditions culture medium for isolation of salmonella out of water, which could make it possible to increase the safety, authenticity and efficiency of bacteriological study of aquatic medium objects, was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. In course of the numorous preliminary experiments there was developed an enrichment medium containing the following: nutrient yeast (5 g/l); potassium phosphate monosubstituted (8,6 g/l); sodium hydrate (1,4 g/l); 0,1% brilliant green solution (5 cm3/l); 0,01% solution of crystal violet (10 cm3/l); distilled water (1 l). The analyzed medium was estimated in accordance with the following propertiesd: medium sensitivity; efficiency; inhibition of bacteria growing. Research result showed that the experimental medium was more sensitive in comparison with the selenite one. Studying of the efficiency of the compared media showed that accumulation of test strains of S. enteritidis on the experimental medium was in 10E4 times higher, S. typhi – in 10E3; S. typhiniurium, S. anatum was in 10 times higher than at selenite media. The experimental studies proved that the experimental culture medium for salmonella isolation out of city water and surface water was more sensitive and easier to use than the selenite medium

Studying of efficiency of application of modified scheme of hyperimmunization of bull-producers with a designer salmonella polyantigenin in comparative analysis with the production scheme of hyperimmunization was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. Research results showed that engineered polyvalent antigen for hyperimmunization of producer bulls contained in their formula the following serovariants of salmonella in 1:1 ratio: S. typhimurium 371, S. dublin 373, S. choleraesuis 370, and S. enteritidis CB. The obtained antigen was sterile, harmless and had pH 7,3. Hyperimmunization of producer bulls in the experimental scheme revealed in increasing of leukocytes quantity on 57,3 %, banded neutrophils on 86,7 %, B-lymphocytes - on 42,2 %, content of total protein - on 25,6 %, content of Ig G - on 77,8 %, lg M - on 51,6%. After the fifth administration of antigen there was stated the lowering of agglutinating activity of blood serum on 25%, content of Ig G - on 54,4%, Ig M - on 14,6 %, that indicated to the inefficiency of antigen administration and became the basis for termination of hyperimmunization cycle. Immunobiological reaction of bull-producers which were hyperimmunized by the suggested scheme differed from reaction of animals which were hyperimmunized by the production scheme: content of total protein increased on 10,1%, protein content - on 27,3 %, content of lg G - on 24,8 %, lg M - in 23,7%

Investigation of vitamin supply of cattle affected by fascioles in association with strongylatosis of gastro-intestinal tract was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus by an example of white-and-black 3-8 year old cows. Analysis of blood and blood serum of experimental animals showed that content of B1, B2, and E vitamins was lower in group of animals sick with fascioliasis and strongylatosis of gastro-intestinal tract. There were stated no changes in A and C vitamins content. Content of pyroracemic acid exceeded control indexes and was 22,0 +/- 0,173 mg/l. Content of vitamin A did not change and was 0,011 +/- 0,0012 mg/l for sick animals and 0,013 +/- 0,0043 mg/l at healthy animals. Content of vitamin C was different for sick and healthy animals: 1,685 +/- 0,190 mg/l and 1,93 +/- 0,294 mg/l, respectively. Research results proved that treatment of cattle sick with helminth infestation should be realized in complex. It was proposed to apply premixes and vitamin preparations containing B1, B2, as well as A, E, and C vitamins for the increasing of natural protection and for the creation of unfavourable conditions for disease agents

Searching for new, effective and safe methods of treatment of hookworm disease (ancylostomatidosis) of dogs caused by Ancylostoma caninum and Uncinaria stenocephala was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus on the basis of studying of spices composition and dissemination of Ankilostomatidae, age-specific and seasonal disease dynamics, testing of medical and preventive preparations Univerm and Fenbendazol. In the Republic of Belarus Ancylostoma caninum was stated 4,2% of studied cases and Uncinaria stenocephala – in 14,3%. The maximum intensity of the invasion was stated in summer and autumn periods: in cases of individual keeping – 19,4%; in cases of group keeping the disease transformed into enzootic form with 66,7% affect. In winter period there was the lowest invasion – up to 1,4%. The preparation Univerm administrated twofold with feed in dose of 0,1 mg/kg with 24 hours interval proved to be highly effective therapeutic agent with extensefficiency100%. Anthelmintic Fenbendazol administrated once with feed in dose of 0,005 g/kg proved to be highly effective with extensefficiency 80% and intensefficiency 98,84%. Hematological indexes of sick dogs showed the evidence of erythropenia (4,30-4,80 x 10E12/l), hemoglobinemia (113-119 g/l) and eosinophilia (up to 11%), as well as the increased quantity of leukocytes on 5,46% - 23,61 %, and the lowered quantity of lymphocytes on 15,84 % in comparison with healthy animals indexes

Determination of a degree and stages of metabolic disorders of aborted sows and sows which gave birth to dead fetus was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. Analysis of biochemical profile of blood of experimental sows was given. Typical deviations of biochemical status indexes in the conditions of reproduction pathology were determined. The highest degree of deviations of biochemical blood profile (indexes of fat, protein and mineral metabolism) was stated at aborted sows. At sows which gave birth to dead fetus there were stated abnormalties functional state of kidneys and liver, indexes of carbohydrate and mineral metabolism.

In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there was developed a method of surgical treatment of servicing bulls with penial tumors including tumor removal by means of gas docker Tail Docker and intravenous 0,5% novocaini solution injection during postoperative stage makes it possible to reduce the duration of surgical operation in 3-4 times, completely remove probability of bleeding, reduce the healing period on the average on 6 days and lower the probability of relapse of tumor.

In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there was realized a study of age-specific features of level of erythrocytes, haemoglobin in blood, activity of aspartate aminotransferase, alanine aminotransferase, lactate dehydrogenase, alkaline phosphatase, as well as concentration of calcium, phosphorous, magnesium and ferrum in blood serum of suckling colts in the first 6 months of life. In the studied animals there was stated increased levels, haemoglobin and ferrum concentration in blood, but during the 6th month of life the same indexes decreased considerably. The most considerable changes оf blood serum enzymatic activities occurred at the age of 2 and 6 months. Thus, during the 2nd month of life a raise in ALAT, LDH activity, calcium and phosphorus concentration was noticed. At the age of 6 months ALAT and ASAT levels increased, and LDH activity, magnesium and phosphorus concentration decreased. During the first 6 months of life the ALP activity was on a high level and underwent no reliable changes. As the research showed, blood serum enzymatic activity and concentration of calcium, phosphorus, magnesium and ferrum depended on colt age and change at the process of growth and development of animals.

Studies of morphological and morphometrical particularities of rennet of newborn calves with different degree of antenatal hypotrophy were realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. Scientific-and-production researches were spent in 2007 - 2008 on the basis of agricultural production co-operative Dembrovo (Shchuchinskij district, Grodno area, Belarus), agricultural production co-operative Okhovo (Pinsk district, Brest region, Belarus) and research laboratory of Grodno State Agrarian University (Belarus). For an estimation of morphofunctional maturities there were used 165 1-day old calves. Research results showed that in the studied calves the basic indexes of glanderous apparatus of rennet proved the different degree of morphofunctional immaturity. In calves with hypertrophy in the first days after birth there stated an active morphogenesis of all cytological components of rennet

Study of sensitivity of Paenibacillus alvei to different antibiotic preparations (penicillin, tetracycline, neomycine, kanamycin, ampicillin, polymyxin, laevomycetin, enrofloxacin, tylosin, and streptomycin) was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. As the material of the research there was used the culture of agent the European foul brood caused by Paenibacillus alvei. Determination of therapeutic effectiveness of antibacterial agents in vitro conditions made it possible to choose the appropriate preparation for its use at beeyards with European foul brood caused by Paenibacillus alvei. During the experimental work there were used 10 antibacterial disks with various antibiotics. The best result against Paenibacillus alvei was shown by Tilozin, the diameter zone of growth inhibition was about 47,2+/-3,43 mm.
