The author presents the results of studying of black currant 9 varieties resistance against pathogenic fungi. The most resistant varieties against Sphaerotheka mors-uvae Berk, et Curt are Yarynka, Leleka and Pamyaty Leonyda Mycha- levskogo; against Septoria ribis Desm - Leleka and Govtva; against Cronartium ribicola Dietr - Yarynka, Dochka Vorskly and Govtva.

The studying results of drought resistance for introdused nectarine varieties in the conditions of South Coast of the Crimea have been given. Four varieties shoved high resistance to drought conditions during two years have been selected.

It was studied the impact of mineral fertilizers on productivity and grain quality of wheat durum spring. Glassiness of grain, protein and gluten contain increase along with increase of doses of nitrogenous fertilizer. Maximum grain productivity was achieved by mineral fertilizers in combination on autumn fallow N60P60K60. after pea - N90P60K60

On the base of examinational institutions activity results summarizing by the Experts Council of State Variety Service, decision to recommend varieties for state registration of the proprietary right of intellectual property for dissemination, state registration of the proprietary rights of intellectual property, to approve the List of Perspective for Dissemination in Ukraine in 2008 Varieties, to decline state registration of the proprietary right of intellectual property, has been approved.

The study of impact of complex application of biological compositions based on fixing nitrogen by microorganisms and plant lectin and nitric fertilizers on productivity and quality of grain of winter wheat on the dark-grey soil in the field terms was conducted. It is shown, that presowing treatment of seed by biological compositions stimulated forming of greater productivity with the best quality.

Methodical approaches to the cutting lettuce new varieties morphological characteristics grouping are found with regard to the botanical classification of the species. New morphological characteristics, used for new varieties of plants grouping and examination for distinctness are defined.

The agrobiological characteristics of immune to scab apple varieties developed in VNIISPK are given. The prospects of scab immunity and triploidy unification in one genotype are emphasized. The characteristics of the first immune to scab triploid apple varieties are given.

It is definited the coefficients of quantitative signs’ inheritance for new donors of dominant stem shortness in winter rye. It is proved the genetic conditionality of plant height’s display for three new donors, which s controlled by aditive genes mainly. It is definited the laws of display and inheritance of other utilitarian signs of new donors Gnom 1, Gnom 2 and Gnom 3. The study of genetic associations of paternal forms’ height with the descendants’ quantitative signs enables to define the strategy of selectional use of dominant stem shortness donors in winter rye.

There is the method represented in the article for frost resistance determination for Winter Wheat (soft and hard) varieties by experts’ assessment of varieties submitted for Official Variety Studying. Prescribed temperature limits for artificial freezing of the plants, example varieties for frost-resistance groups, are indicated.

The yields result of different varieties winter wheat in four State variety testing station of Cherkassy region is shown. Most ecological plastic varieties are determined.
