The conditions for creating active collection of genetic material of sugar beets and coffee chicory by using the method of temperature limitations for in vitro culture are defined. It is proved that the temperature rate in culture rooms at 10 degrees Celsius ensures storing of sugar beets for ten months and chicory for eight months without transplanting. | Определены условия для формирования активной коллекции генетического материала свёклы сахарной и цикория корнеплодного при использовании метода температурного ограничения в культуре in vitro. Установлено, что температурный режим культурального помещения на уровне 10°С обеспечивает беспересадочное сохранение растений свёклы сахарной на протяжении десяти месяцев, а цикория корнеплодного – восьми. | Визначено умови створення активної колекції генетичного матеріалу рослин буряку цукрового та цикорію коренеплідного за використання методу температурного обмеження в культурі in vitro. Доведено, що температурний режим культурального приміщення на рівні 10°С забезпечує безпересадкове зберігання рослин буряку цукрового протягом десяти місяців, а цикорію коренеплідного — восьми.

Correlation between substance's level and air temperature, ground freezing depth, snow layer thickness fluctuations was determined. The role of phytohormons and free sugars in adaptive potential realization are discussed. | Изучался гормональный и углеводный статус, а также содержание основных макроэлементов (азот, фосфор, калий) в подземных органах P. alba и G. nivalis в процессе зимовки в 2006-2007 гг. при аномально тёплых погодных условиях в средней полосе России. Установлено сопряжённое с температурой воздуха и промерзанием почвы изменения изучавшихся веществ. Three synthetics of Winter Rye were being observed for the quantity of seminal roots (QSR) to study their inheritance. High inheritance coefficients in a restricted sense were established. Genetic improvement of the Rye may be a result of direct breeding and of using heterosis effect. QSR expressed essentially negative genetic correlation with plant height, positive with grain size, productive bushiness and weight of grain in the ear of successors, as well as with grain yield per unit of the area. Genetic correlation coefficients shall be used in the applied breeding. | Изучалась наследуемость числа зародышевых корней (ЧЗК) у трех синтетиков озимой ржи. Установлены высокие коэффициенты наследуемости в узком смысле слова. Генетическое улучшение ржи можно проводить прямым отбором и использованием эффекта гетерозиса. ЧЗК проявило существенную генетическую корреляцию с высотой растений, положительную с крупностью зерна, продуктивной кустистостью и массой зерна с колоса потомков, а также с урожайностью зерна с единицы площади. В практической селекции необходимо использовать генетические коэффициенты корреляции. | Вивчалося успадкування числа зародкових корінців (ЧЗК) у трьох синтетиків жита озимого. Встановлені високі коефіцієнти успадкування у вузькому розумінні. Генетичне покращення жита можна, проводити прямим добором і використанням ефекту гетерозису. ЧЗК проявило істотну негативну генетичну кореляцію з висотою рослин, позитивну з крупністю зерна, продуктивною кущистістю і масою зерна з колоса нащадків, а також з урожайністю зерна з одиниці площі. У практичній селекції необхідно використовувати генетичні коефіцієнти кореляції.

For the first time symbolic designation of dominating genes is offered with drooping leaf blade - StSt, with transitional heterozygote Stst with recessional heterozygote stst. Higher yield of grain in the comparative variety examination was proved to be received for the erect leaf form, which is predetermined by decrease of plant height, increase of kernel weight from ear, as well as of 100 kernels from plant and by quantity of redicles. Drooping leaf blade rye forms are also promising for selection on increased photosynthetic potential. | Дискутируется перспектива селекции на повышенную фотосинтетическую продуктивность растений озимой ржи. Созданы доноры с торчащей и поникающей формой листовой пластинки у короткостебельной иммунной к мучнисой росе озимой ржи. У торчащей формы кончики листьев ориентированы под углом 15°, а у поникающей - 45° относительно стебля. Установлено неполное доминирование поникающей формы листа в соотношении - 1 : 2 : 1. Впервые предложена символика доминантных генов с поникающей листовой пластинкой - StSt, промежуточной гетерозиготной - Stst и рецессивной гомозиготной - stst. Более высокий урожай зерна в сравнительном сортоиспытании доказан у формы с торчащим листом, что обусловлено снижением высоты растений, увеличением массы зерна с колоса, растения, 100 зерен с растения и числом зародышевых корней. Формы ржи с поникающей листовой пластинкой также перспективны в селекции на повышенный фотосинтетический потенциал. | Дискутується перспектива селекції на підвищену фотосинтетичну продуктивність рослин озимого жита. Створені донори зі стоячою і пониклою формою листкової пластинки у короткостеблового імунного проти борошнистої роси озимого жита. У стоячої форми кінцівки листка орієнтовані під кутом 15°, а в пониклої - 45° відносно стебла. Встанов-лено неповне домінування пониклої форми листка у співвідношенні -1 : 2 : 1. Вперше запропонована символіка домінантних генів з пониклою листковою пластинкою StSt, з проміжною, гетерозиготою - Stst, і з рецесивною гомозиготною - stst. Вищий урожай зерна в порівняльному сортовипробуванні доведено у форми зі стоячим листком, що зумовлено зниженням висоти рослин, збільшенням маси зерна з колоса, рослини, маси 100 зерен з рослини та числом зародкових корінців. Форми жита з пониклою листковою пластинкою також перспективні в селекції на підвищений фотосинтетичний потенціал.

Changeability of low winter wheat sorts according to high-yielding properties and elements of productivity depending on years of growing has been investigated. Characteristics for effective selection of high quality. genotypes of winter wheat have been singled out.

Using the original methods the author estimated the complex of suctorial phytophages such as gooseberry sprout aphis, red currant aphis, greater currant aphis and currant bud mite. The investigated varieties have been divided by their resistance level into 3 groups suchas resistant (7-6 points) - Volodymyrivska, Yuvileina Kopanya, Cherehneva, Suita Kyivska, Nimcha, Chernecha. Sofyivska, Titaniya; mid - resistant ( 5 - 4 points) - Kozatska, Dochka Vorskly, Vernisazh, Pamyatna, Ukrainka, Alta; non - resistant (3-2 points) - Sanyuta, Ametyst. The economic, economic and power evaluation is resulted of sorts. | По оригинальной методике проведено оценивание устойчивости 16 сортов смородины черной против комплекса сосущих вредителей: крижовниковой побеговой тли, большой смородиновой тли, красносмородиновой галловой тли, смородинового почкового клеща, обыкновенного  паутинного клеща. The option of soybean varieties identification by means of morpho-biological characteristics, in particular, the duration of interphase periods, is demonstrated in the article. Soybean varieties polymorphism is  studied by the complex of economic characteristics, namely: protein and oil contain in the seed of soybean, yield, 1000 seeds weight. The authors have established the possibility of controlling the acclimation and loss of frost- resistance by tissues caused by dehydration. The control is possible on the basis of the data about exothermal processes in the tissues. | С помощью дифференциально-термического анализа в зимний период определены особенности прохождения процесса льдообразования в стеблях семи сортов и форм ежевики. На основании. данных о прохождении экзотермических процессов в тканях установлено, что развитие их морозоустойчивости и еѐ потери вследствие обезвоживания можно контролировать. | За допомогою диференційно- термічного аналізу у зимовий період визначено особливості перебігу процесу льодоутворення у стеблах семи сортів і форм ожини. Встановлено, що на основі даних про проходження екзотермічних процесів у тканинах можна контролювати розвиток їхньої морозостійкості та втрату її внаслідок зневоднення.
