Purpose. Identify the peculiarities of the growth and development of plants, formation of productivity of sweet sorghum hybrids for different widths of row spacing, crops density and the use of the growth stimulant Vympel 2 in the zone of the Forest-Steppe Ukraine. Methods. The study used hybrids ‘Dovista’ and ‘Huliver’. The width of the row spacing was 45 and 70 cm for the density of the crops: 150 thousand pcs/ha, 200 thousand pcs/ha, 250 thousand pcs/ha. Sorghum seed treatment was carried out using Vympel 2 (0.5 l/t) growth stimulant and its additional foliar application in the tillering stage of the crop (0.5 l/ha). Results. Studies have revealed that the ‘Dovista’ hybrid has a significant potential for productivity due to a longer growing season. At different widths of row spacing and density of plants standing, the hybrid ‘Dovista’ yield exceeded the average by 3.6 t/ha of‘Huliver’ hybrid. The yield increase at the level of 7.3–13.0 t/ha was obtained in the variant of application of growth stimulant Vympel 2 at 45 cm of row spacing and changes in sowing rates from 150 to 250 thousand pcs/ha. Similar variants of experiment at 70 cm of width of row spacing ensured collection of vegetative mass of sweet sorghum at 6.7–12.6 t/ha more than in cont­rol variants. The growth stimulant Vympel 2 increased the accumulation of dry matter in ‘Dovista’ hybrid with a row spacing of 45 cm and various seeding rates by 1.3–4.3 t/ha, whereas with a row spacing of 70 cm – by 1.2–3.5 t/ha. In the ‘Huliver’ hybrid in similar experiments, an increase in dry matter was obtained at the level of 1.7–3.9 t/ha, and the application of the growth regulator ensured the collection of dry matter of sweet sorghum by 1.3–3.0 t/ha above the control variants. Total sugar content in the variants of the experiment was biased. Application of seed treatment with growth stimulant Vympel 2 (0.5 l/t) followed by foliar application in the tillering stage (0.5 l/ha) increased the content of total sugars by 0.15, but this slight deviation was within the experimental margin. Conclusions. The highest yield of green mass at a density of 250 thousand plants per hectare and seed treatment with growth stimulant Vympel 2 (0.5 l/t) + foliar application in the tillering stage (0.5 l/ha) provided the ‘Dovista’ hybrid – 98.8 t/ha, which is 5.3 t/ha more than in the ‘Huliver’ hybrid for the width of the row spacing of 45 cm. In the phase of physiological maturity of the grain, the content of total sugars in sweet sorghum was, on average, at the level of 15.0%, in the ‘Dovista’ hybrid – 15.4%, in the ‘Huliver’ hybrid – 14.7%.

Выявить особенности роста и развития растений и формирования продуктивности гибридов сорго сахарного при разной ширине междурядий, густоте посевов и применении регулятора роста Вымпел 2 в зоне Лесостепи Украины. Методы. В исследовании сеяли гибриды сорго ‘Довіста’ и ‘Гулівер’. Ширина междурядий составляла 45 и 70 см при густоте растений в посевах 150, 200 и 250 тыс. шт./га. Проводили допосевную обработку семян сорго стимулятором роста Вымпел 2 (0,5 л/т), а также применяли его в фазе кущения (0,5 л/га) культуры. Результаты. Установлено, что гибрид ‘Довіста’ имеет значительный потенциал продуктивности благодаря более длительному вегетационному периоду. В частности, в среднем по опыту при разной ширине междурядий и густоте стояния растений по урожайности он превышал гибрид ‘Гулівер’ на 3,6 т/га. В варианте применения стимулятора роста Вымпел 2 при ширине междурядий 45 см и изменении норм высева от 150 до 250 тыс. шт./га получили прирост урожая на уровне 7,3–13,0 т/га. Аналогичные варианты опыта при ширине междурядий 70 см обеспечили сбор вегетативной массы сорго сахарного на 6,7–12,6 т/га больше конт­рольных вариантов. Стимулятор роста Вымпел 2 увеличивал накопление сухого вещества у гибрида ‘Довіста’ при ширине междурядий 45 см и разных нормах высева на 1,3–4,3 т/га, тогда как при ширине междурядий 70 см – на 1,2–3,5 т/га. У гибрида ‘Гулівер’ в аналогичных вариантах опыта получен прирост сухого вещества на уровне 1,7–3,9 т/га, а применение регулятора роста обеспечило сбор сухого вещества на 1,3–3,0 т/га больше контрольных вариантов. Содержание общих сахаров в вариантах опыта имел тенденциозный характер. Применение обработки семян стимулятором роста Вымпел 2 (0,5 л/т) с последующим внекорневым использованием в фазе кущения (0,5 л/га) повысило содержание общих сахаров на 0,15%, что, однако, было в пределах погрешности опыта. Выводы. Наивысшую урожайность зеленой массы при густоте 250 тыс. растений на гектар и применении стимулятора роста Вымпел 2 обеспечил гибрид ‘Довіста’ – 98,8 т/га, что на 5,3 т/га больше, чем у гибрида ‘Гулівер’ при ширине междурядий 45 см. В фазе физиологической спелости зерна содержание общих сахаров в стеблях сорго сахарного в среднем по опыту было на уровне 15,0%, в том числе у гибрида ‘Довіста’ – 15,4%, ‘Гулівер’ – 14,7%. | Мета. Виявити особливості росту й розвитку рослин та формування продуктивності гібридів сорго цукрового за різної ширини міжрядь, густоти посівів та застосування регулятора росту Вимпел 2 у зоні Лісостепу України. Методи. У дослідженні висівали гібриди сорго ‘Довіста’ та ‘Гулівер’. Ширина міжрядь становила 45 та 70 см за густоти рослин у посівах 150, 200 та 250 тис. шт./га. Проводили допосівну обробку насіння сорго стимулятором росту Вимпел 2 (0,5 л/т) та позакоренево його застосовували у фазі кущення (0,5 л/га) культури. Результати. Установлено, що гібрид ‘Довіста’ має значний потенціал продуктивності завдяки тривалішому вегетаційному періоду. Зокрема, у середньому по досліду за різної ширини міжрядь та густоти стояння рослин за врожайністю він перевищував гібрид ‘Гулівер’ на 3,6 т/га. У варіанті застосування стимулятора росту Вимпел 2 за ширини міжрядь 45 см та зміни норм висіву від 150 до 250 тис. шт./га отримали приріст урожаю на рівні 7,3–13,0 т/га. Аналогічні варіанти досліду за ширини міжрядь 70 см забезпечили збір вегетативної маси сорго цукрового на 6,7–12,6 т/га більше контрольних варіантів. Стимулятор росту Вимпел 2 збільшував накопичення сухої речовини в гібрида ‘Довіста’ за ширини міжрядь 45 см та різних норм висіву на 1,3–4,3 т/га, тоді як за ширини міжрядь 70 см – на 1,2–3,5 т/га. У гібрида ‘Гулівер’ в аналогічних варіантах досліду отримано приріст сухої речовини на рівні 1,7–3,9 т/га, а застосування регулятора росту забезпечило збір сухої речовини на 1,3–3,0 т/га більше контрольних варіантів. Уміст загальних цукрів у варіантах досліду мав тенденційний характер. Застосування обробки насіння стимулятором росту Вимпел 2 (0,5 л/т) з подальшим позакореневим використанням у фазі кущення (0,5 л/га) підвищило вміст загальних цукрів на 0,15%, що, проте, було в межах похибки досліду. Висновки. Найвищу врожайність зеленої маси за густоти 250 тис. рослин на гектарі та застосування стимулятора росту Вимпел 2 забезпечив гібрид ‘Довіста’ – 98,8 т/га, що на 5,3 т/га більше, ніж у гібрида ‘Гулівер’ за ширини міжрядь 45 см. У фазі фізіологічної стиглості зерна вміст загальних цукрів у стеблах сорго цукрового в середньому по досліду був на рівні 15,0%, зокрема в гібрида ‘Довіста’ – 15,4%, ‘Гулівер’ – 14,7%.

Мета.Установити особливості формування біометричних показників урожайності гібридів кукурудзи за різних строків сівби в умовах Лісостепу України. Методи. Польові досліди закладали на вирівняній за рельєфом ділянці дослідного поля науково-виробничого селекційного підприємства ТОВ «Расава» (с. Пустоварівка Сквирський р-н Київська обл.), розташованого в Правобережному Лісостепу України. Господарськоцінні та морфо-біологічні показники гібридів кукурудзи вивчали за уніфікованою методикою з визначення показників придатності до поширення в Україні. Результати. Морфометричні показники формування продуктивності рослин та врожайності гібридів кукурудзи (висота рослин, дов­жина качана, кількість рядів зерен, кількість зерен у ряду, вихід зерна з качана) за різних строків сівби (25 квітня, 10 та 25 травня) найстабільнішими були за раннього (25 квітня) строку. Ранньостиглий гібрид ‘Ріст СВ’ найвищу врожайність забезпечив за сівби 25 квітня – 11,6 т/га, що на 1,5 т/га більше, ніж за сівби в традиційно прийняті строки – перша декада травня (10 травня). Середньоранній гібрид ‘Річка С’ також за раннього строку сівби (25 квітня) сформував урожайність 11,3 т/га, що на 0,6 т/га більше, ніж за сівби 10 травня. Висновки. Морфометричні показники формування продуктивності рослин та строки сівби насіння впливають на врожайність гібридів кукурудзи в умовах Лісостепу України.

Purpose. To determine the features of the formation of biometric indicators of the corn hybrids yield at diffe­rent sowing dates in the conditions of the Forest-Steppe of Ukraine. Methods. Field experiments were laid on a plot of the experimental field of the research and production bree­ding enterprise LLC “Rasava” (Pustovarivka village, Skvyrskyi district, Kyiv region), located in the Right-Bank Forest-Steppe of Ukraine. Economically valuable and morpho-biological parameters of corn hybrids were studied according to a unified method for determining the indices of suitability for distribution in Ukraine. Results. The morphometric indices of the plant productivity formation and the yield of corn hybrids (plant height, length of the ear, number of grain rows, number of grains per row, grain yield from the ear) at the different dates of sowing (April 25, 10 and 25) were the most stable at the early term (April 25). The early-ripe hybrid ‘Richka SV’ provided the highest yield at sowing on April 25 – 11.6 t/ha, which is 1.5 t/ha more than at the traditionally accepted date of sowing – the first decade of May (May 10). The medium early hybrid ‘Richka S’, also at an early sowing date (April 25), produced yields of 11.3 t/ha, which is 0.6 t/ha more than during sowing on May 10. Conclusions. The morphometric indices of the formation of plant productivity and the timing of seeding affect the yield of corn hybrids in the conditions of the Forest-Steppe of Ukraine. | Мета.Установити особливості формування біометричних показників урожайності гібридів кукурудзи за різних строків сівби в умовах Лісостепу України. Методи. Пустоваровка Сквирский р-н Киевская обл.), расположенного в Правобережной Лесостепи Украины. Хозяйственно-ценные и морфобиологические показатели гиб­ридов кукурузы изучали по унифицированной методике по определению показателей пригодности к распространению в Украине. Результаты. Морфометрические показатели формирования продуктивности растений и урожайности гибридов кукурузы (высота растений, длина початка, количество рядов зерен, количество зерен в ряду, выход зерна с початка) по срокам сева (25 апреля, 10 и 25 мая) наиболее стабильными были при раннем (25 апреля) сроке. Раннеспелый гибрид ‘Ріст СВ’ наивысшую урожайность обеспечил при севе 25 апреля – 11,6 т/га, что на 1,5 т/га больше, чем при севе в традиционно принятые сроки – первая декада мая (10 мая). Среднеранний гибрид ‘Річка С’ также при раннем сроке сева (25 апреля) формировал урожайность 11,3 т/га, что на 0,6 т/га больше, чем при севе 10 мая. Выводы. Морфометрические показатели формирования продуктивности растений и сроки сева семян влияют на урожайность гиб­ридов кукурузы в условиях Лесостепи Украины.

Purpose. To reveal the nature of the inheritance of apricot color of the ray flowers of the sunflower and the type of interaction of genes causing different colors. Methods. Field experiment, genetic analysis. The statistical validity of the results was evaluated using Pearson’s criterion. Results. We conducted crosses of the ‘KG13’ line as the source of the sign of apricot color with sunflower lines that had yellow, orange and lemon colors of the ray flowers. In the first generation, from crossing the ‘KG13’ line with five lines, which had a yellow color, only a yellow color of ray flowers was observed. In the second generation, a 3 : 1 split was observed: three-quarters with yellow flowers and one with apricot flowers. Line ‘KG13’ was crossed with three lines (‘HA298’, ‘SL2966’, ‘LD72/3’), which had an orange color of flowers. In the first generation, orange flowers were observed; in the second gene­ration, splitting was recorded: three-quarters of offsprings with orange-colored flowers and one-quarter with apricot flowers. The line ‘KG13’ was crossed with ‘KG107’ and ‘ZL678’, which had lemon-colored flowers. The resulting plants of the first generation had a yellow coloration of ray flowers. In the second generation, five classes of plants by coloration of ray flowers were obtained: yellow, orange, apricot, lemon, lemon-apricot in the ratio 6 : 4 : 3 : 2 : 1. According to these data, the genes of lemon and apricot color have a complementary effect, the homozygous state of orange allele is epistatic to the recessive homozygote of the lemon-colored gene. The ‘KG108’ line with a combination of genes responsible for apricot and light yellow color has its own light apricot color and in crossings with a yellow colored line in the second generation gives splitting in the ratio 9 : 3 : 3 : 1. Conclusions. It was revealed that the apricot color of the ray flowers of the sunflower line ‘KG13’ is due to the homozygous state of the allele of the same gene whose second allele causes an orange color in the lines ‘NA298’, ‘SL2966’ and ‘LD72/3’. The complementary action of alleles responsible for apricot and lemon, as well as apricot and light yellow coloration of ray flowers was determined. A case of epistasis of homozygotes along the allele controlling the orange color over the recessive homozygote of the gene, which is controlled by the lemon color in the crossing combination ‘ZL678’ / ‘KG13’, was revealed.

Цель. Установить характер наследования абрикосовой окраски краевых цветков подсолнечника и типы взаимодействия генов, обусловливающих различные типы окраски. Методы. Полевой опыт, генетический анализ. Статистическую достоверность результатов оценивали с помощью критерия Пирсона. Результаты. Проведено скрещивание линии ‘КГ13’, источника признака абрикосовой окраски, с линиями подсолнечника, которые имеют желтую, оранжевую и лимонную окраску краевых цветков. В первом гибридном поколении от скрещивания ‘КГ13’ с пятью линиями, которые имели желтый цвет, наблюдали только желтую окраску краевых цветков. Во втором гиб­ридном поколении получено расщепление потомков на два класса – с желтой и с абрикосовой окраской цветков, в соотношении 3 : 1. Линия ‘КГ13’ была скрещена с тремя линиями (’НА298’, ‘SL2966’, ‘LD72/3’), которые имели оранжевую окраску цветков. В первом поколении наблюдали оранжевую окраску цветков, во втором – зафиксировано расщепление: три четверти потомков с оранжевой окрас­кой цветков к одной четверти с абрикосовой. Линия ‘КГ13’ была скрещена с ‘КГ107’ и ‘ЗЛ678’, которые имели лимонную окраску цветков. Полученные растения первого поколения имели желтую окраску краевых цветков. Во втором поколении получено пять классов растений по окраске краевых цветков: желтые, оранжевые, абрикосовые, лимонные, лимонно-абрикосовые в соотношении 6 : 4 : 3 : 2 : 1. По этому расщеплению аллели лимонной и абрикосовой окраски имеют комплементарное действие, гомозиготное состояние оранжевого аллеля епистатирует над рецессивной гомозиготой гена лимонной окраски. Линия ‘КГ108’ с сочетанием генов, обусловливающих абрикосовый и светло-желтый цвет, имеет светло-абрикосовую окраску и в скрещиваниях во втором поколении дает расщепление в соотношении 9 : 3 : 3 : 1. Выводы. Абрикосовая окраска краевых цветков линии подсолнечника ‘КГ13’ обусловлена гомозиготным состоянием аллеля того же гена, второй аллель которого вызывает оранжевый цвет у линий ‘НА298’, ‘SL2966’ и ‘LD72/3’. Установлено комплементарное действие аллелей, обусловливающих абрикосовую и лимонную, а также абрикосовую и светло-желтую окраску краевых цветков. Выявлен случай эпистаза гомозиготы по аллелю оранжевого цвета над рецессивным состоянием гена, который вызывает лимонную окраску в комбинации скрещивания ‘ЗЛ678’ / ‘КГ13’. | Мета. Установити характер успадкування абрикосового забарвлення крайових квіток соняшнику та типи взаємодії генів, що зумовлюють різні типи забарвлення. Методи. Польовий дослід, генетичний аналіз. Проведено схрещування лінії ‘КГ13’, джерела ознаки абрикосового забарвлення, з лініями соняшнику, які мають жовте, оранжеве та лимонне забарвлення крайових квіток. У першому гібридному поколінні від схрещування ‘КГ13’ із п’ятьма лініями, які мали жовтий колір, спостерігали лише жовте забарвлення крайових квіток. У другому гібридному поколінні отримано розщеплення нащадків на два класи – із жовтим та з абрикосовим забарвленням квіток, у співвідношенні 3 : 1. Лінія ‘КГ13’ була схрещена з трьома лініями (‘НА298’, ‘SL2966’, ‘LD72/3’), які мали оранжеве забарвлення квіток. У першому поколінні спостерігали оранжеве забарвлення квіток, у другому – зафіксовано розщеплення: три чверті нащадків з оранжевим забарвленням квіток до однієї чверті з абрикосовим. Лінія ‘КГ13’ була схрещена з ‘КГ107’ та ‘ЗЛ678’, які мали лимонне забарвлення квіток. Отримані рослини першого покоління мали жовте забарвлення крайових квіток. У другому поколінні отримано п’ять класів рослин за забарвленням крайових квіток: жовті, оранжеві, абрикосові, лимонні, лимонно-абрикосові у співвідношенні 6 : 4 : 3 : 2 : 1. За цим розщепленням алелі лимонного та абрикосового забарвлення мають комплементарну дію, гомозиготний стан оранжевого алеля епістатує над рецесивною гомозиготою гена лимонного забарвлення. Лінія ‘КГ108’ з поєднанням генів, що зумовлюють абрикосовий та світло-жовтий колір, має світло-абрикосове забарвлення і в схрещуваннях у другому поколінні дає розщеплення у співвідношенні 9 : 3 : 3 : 1. Висновки. Абрикосове забарвлення крайових квіток лінії соняшнику ‘КГ13’ зумовлено гомозиготним станом алелю того ж самого гена, другий алель якого спричинює оранжевий колір у ліній ‘НА298’, ‘SL2966’ та ‘LD72/3’. Установлено комплементарну дію алелів, що зумовлюють абрикосове й лимонне, а також абрикосове та світло-жовте забарвлення крайових квіток. Виявлено випадок епістазу гомозиготи за алелем оранжевого забарвлення над рецесивним станом гена, який зумовлює лимонне забарвлення в комбінації схрещування ‘ЗЛ678’ / ‘КГ13’. | Purpose. Мета. Обґрунтувати інформаційно-технічні особливості використання інструментальних засобів IBM SPSS Statistics під час визначення критерію відмінності нових сортів салату посівного Lactuca sativa L. var. capitata на підставі морфологічних кодових формул фенотипів загальновідомих сортів із використанням алгоритму «найближчого сусіда» в групі подібних сортів. Методи. Аналітичний, що ґрунтується на порівнянні методів та засобів інтелектуального аналізу даних, отриманих методом ідентифікації – морфологічний опис сорту з подальшим застосуванням описової та багатовимірної статистики. Відповідно до «Методики проведення експертизи сортів салату посівного Lactuca sativa L. на відмінність, однорідність і стабільність» для групування сортів використовували ознаки, які не варіюють або дуже слабко варіюють. Ці ознаки використовуються окремо або у комбінаціях з іншими. Результати. У результаті моделювання з використанням пакету SPSS було сформовано декілька моделей подібних сортів Lactuca sativa L. var. сapitata. Загальна кількість сортів у вибірці розподілена таким чином: 71,4% репрезентували навчальну вибірку, а 28,6% – конт­рольну. Результативні дані візуалізовано на діаграмах моделі найбільшої подібності. Слід враховувати тип вираження досліджуваної характеристики (ознаки): якісним, кількісним, псевдо-якісним чином. Імітаційний експеримент з моделлю схожих сортів салату головчастого показав залежність результату від обраної цільової змінної. У ролі цільових змінних були ознаки: «рослина: утворення головки», «головка за щільністю», «насінина: забарвлення», «розмір головки». Висновки. Встановлено ефективність технологічних засобів аналізу даних експертизи на відмінність, однорідність і стабільність (ВОС), що значно полегшує пошук закономірностей серед великого набору даних. Розмежування даних на навчальні та контрольні дозволяє провести «тренування» моделі на наборі даних загальновідомих сортів. Під час побудови моделі важливо правильно визначити цільову та фокусні змінні. Як інструментальний засіб рекомендовано використовувати пакет статистичних програм IBM SPSS Statistics.

Purpose. Comprehensive study, selection, evaluation and systematization of self-pollinated lines of maize (Zea mays L.) obtained on the basis of material of diffe?rent genetic structure from endosperm of flint and dent maize were implemented according to the main economically valuable traits and precocity in order to select the best genotypes for selection.Methods. Hybridization, inbreeding were used in the process of creating the initial material; visual method ? for phenological observations; laboratory and field ? to determine the morphobiological characteristics of self-pollinated lines of maize; measuring and weighing ? to account the harvest and determine the metric characteristics of plants; mathematical and statistical ? to determine the validity of the results, indicators of trait variability, correlation dependence of traits; analysis of variance; comprehensive assessment of morphobiological and economically valuable traits of self-pollinated maize lines of the most common germplasms.Results. As a result of assessment of self-pollinated lines of the most common germplasms, it was revealed that the highest level of grain yield was obtained under both sowing periods ? Iodent germplasm; the minimum grain moisture content ? Flint and Mix germplasms; the shortest average duration of the emergence ? flowering of 50% of male and female inflorescences stage ? Flint germplasm; steadily high va?lues ??of plant height for germplasm Mix ? under the optimal sowing date, and Iodent plasma ? under the late sowing date. Steadily high values ??of the ear insertion height at both sowing dates were obtained for lines based on Iodent germplasm. The number of the most precocious and the best by the economically valuable traits germplasms of self-pollinated lines were identified.Conclusions. The DK239 lines ? Flint germplasm, DK7174, DK2285, DK305, DK2613, DK5568 ? Iodent germplasm, DK2332 and DK2659 ? Mix germplasm were the most precocious and the best by the economically valuable traits. Purpose. To establish the biochemical composition of the above ground part of Serratula coronata L. (Crowned saw-wort) for introduction in Central Polissia of Ukraine. Methods. The object of research was the plants of S. coronata from the collection of the Botanical garden of Zhytomyr National Agroecological University. Plant raw material was evaluated in the flowering phase in the biochemical laboratory of the Department of Cultural Flora of the M. M. Hryshko National Botanic Gardens of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine according to the relevant methods during 2014–2016. Results. The results of the study of phytochemical features of S. coronata under conditions of introduction in the Central Polissia of Ukraine in the flowering phase are given. Quantitative content of raw material in dry matter, total sugars, carotene, ascorbic acid, tannins, fats, free acids, macroelements of phosphorus, calcium and trace elements of iron, copper, zinc, manganese was revealed. Conclusions. The biochemical composition of the above ground part of S. coronata was determined for the first time in the conditions of introduction in Central Polissia of Ukraine. The peculiarities of the dependence of the content of biochemical compounds and macroelements on age characteristics of plants were determined. Plants of S. coronata of the third year of life were distinguished by the highest content of ascorbic acid, carotene and dry matter; two-year – organic acids, phosphorus, ash, common sugars; the fourth year of life – the content of oil and calcium. Significant amounts of vitamin C and iron were found in the raw material. The obtained results testify to the prospect of further study of the pharmacological properties of S. coronata in order to obtain new food products, bio-additives and phytopreparations enriched with biologically active substances and essential for human life.

Метa. Установити біохімічний склад наземної частини Sеrratulacoronatа L. (серпій увінчаний) за інтродукції в Центральному Поліссі України.Методи. Об’єктом досліджень слугували рослини S. coronatа з колекції ботанічного саду Житомирського національного агроекологічного університету. Фітосировину оцінювали у фазі квітування в біохімічній лабораторії відділу культурної флори Національного ботанічного саду імені М. М. Гришка НАН України за відповідними методиками впродовж 2014–2016 рр. Результати. Наведено результати вивчення фітохімічних особливостей рослин S. сoronatа за умов інтродукції в Центральному Поліссі України у фазі квітування. Установлено кількісний уміст у сировині сухої речовини, загальних цукрів, каротину, аскорбінової кислоти, дубильних речовин, жирів, вільних кислот, макроелементів фосфору, кальцію та мікроелементів заліза, міді, цинку, мангану. Висновки. Уперше в умовах інтродукції в Центральному Поліссі України визначено біохімічний склад наземної частини рослин S. сoronatа. З’ясовано особливості залежності вмісту біохімічних сполук та макроелементів від вікових особливостей рослин. РослиниS. сoronatа третього року життя вирізнялися найбільшим умістом аскорбінової кислоти, каротину та сухої речовини; дворічні – органічних кислот, фосфору, золи, загальних цукрів; четвертого року життя – умістом жирів та кальцію.У сировині виявлено значну кількість вітаміну С та заліза. Представлены результаты изучения фитохимических особенностей растений S. сoronatа при интродукции в Центральном Полесье Украины в фазе цветения. Растения S. сoronatа третьего года жизни отличались наибольшим содержанием аскорбиновой кислоты, каротина и сухого вещества; двулетние – органических кислот, фосфора, золы, общих сахаров; четвертого года жизни – содержанием жиров и кальция. Полученные результаты свидетельствуют о перспективности дальнейшего изучения фармакологических свойств S. сoronatа с целью получения новых продуктов питания, биодобавок и фитопрепаратов, обогащенных биологически активными соединениями и необ­ходимых для жизнедеятельности человека

Purpose. To reveal the frequency and intensity of callus formation and organogenesis, the effectiveness of microclonal reproduction of various species of the genus Linum L. (Linaceae) in vitro. Methods. For in vitro induction of callus formation and organogenesis, hypocotyl segments of species Linum usitatissimum L. convar. elongatum and convar. usitatissimum, L. tenue Desf., L. bienne Mill., L. corymbulosum Pchb., L. nervosum Waldst. & Kit., L. flavum L., L. campanulatum L., L. perenne L., L. austriacum L., L. grandiflorum Desf., L. strictum L. were cultivated on Murashige and Skoog medium supplementedwith 0.05 mg/l 1-naphthylacetic acid and 1.0 mg/l 6-benzyl aminopurine at 22–24 °C, relative humidity of 60–80%,with 16 hours photoperiod (2500 flux). For microclonal reproduction Murashige and Skoog, White, Gamborg and Eveleigh media and their modifications were used. The measurement results were interpreted by the arithmetic mean, standard error for the sample mean, the leastsignificantdifference and ranked. Results. Different species of the genus Linum to a large extend are capable of forming callus and regenerating shoots under the specified cultivation conditions. The frequency of callus formation for the studied samples on the 35th day of cultivation varied within 81.25–100%, the mass of callus from one explant – 0.21–1.64 g, the frequency of organogenesis – 12.50–100%, the number of shoots – 1.8–7.6 pcs. and the height of the shoots was 0.82–2.12 cm. The following species: L. usitatissimum convar. elongatum, L. tenue, L. bienne and L. strictum were distinguished by a high intensity of callus formation. Intensive organogenesis was pecular to L. tenue, L. bienne, L. flavum, L. austriacum and L. grandiflorum. The efficiency of somaclone obtaining was quite low in L. nervosum and L. campanulatum. In total, for the microclonal reproduction of species of the genus Linum Murashige and Skoog, Gamborg and Eveleighmedia supplementedwith 12.5 g/l glucose were optimal. At the final stages of microclonal propagation, before transferring microclones in vivo, it is advisable to use White medium, which contributes to a high frequency of rhizogenesis. Varieties of L. usitatissimum convar. elongatum and convar. usitatissimum had diffe­rent responses to in vitro culture. Conclusions. The frequency and intensity of callus formation and organogenesis, the effectiveness of microclonal reproduction depended on the genotype of a particular species; therefore it is advisable to select the composition of the nutrient medium and growth regulators for each of them. Some species of the genus Linum have not yet been studied in vitro, so the obtained results allow expanding the scope of their use in practice, in particular in breeding as a new source material with somaclonal variation, interspecific crosses, and ornamental floriculture.

Мета. Установити частоту та інтенсивність калусо- й органогенезу, ефективність мікроклонального розмноження різних видів роду Linum L. (Linaceae) в умовах in vitro. Методи. Для індукування калусо- й органогенезу в умовах in vitro гіпокотильні сегменти видів Linum usitatissimum L. convar. elongatumі convar. usitatissimum, L. tenue Desf., L. bienne Mill., L. corymbulosum Pchb., L. nervosum Waldst. & Kit., L. flavum L., L. campanulatum L., L. perenne L., L. austriacum L., L. grandiflorum Desf., L. strictum L. культивували на середовищі Мурасіге і Скуга з додаванням 0,05 мг/л 1 нафтилоцтової кислоти та 1,0 мг/л 6 бензиламінопурину за 16 годинного фотоперіоду, інтенсивності освітлення 2500 лк, відносній вологості 60–80% і температурі повітря 22–24 °С. Для мікроклонального розмноження використовували середовища Мурасіге і Скуга, Уайта, Гамборга і Евелега та їх модифікації. Результати вимірювань інтерпретували за середнім арифметичним, похибкою вибіркової середньої, найменшою істотною різницею та ранжирували. Результати. Різні види роду Linum значною мірою здатні до утворення калусу і регенерації пагонів за вказаних умов культивування. Частота калусогенезу для досліджуваних зразків на 35-ту добу культивування змінювалася в межах 81,25–100%, маса калусу з одного експланта – 0,21–1,64 г, частота органогенезу – 12,50–100%, кількість пагонів – 1,8–7,6 шт. і висота пагонів – 0,82–2,12 см. За високою інтенсивністю калусоутворення виділилися такі види: L. usitatissimum convar. elongatum, L. tenue, L. bienne і L. strictum. Найінтенсивніший органогенез властивий видам L. tenue, L. bienne, L. flavum, L. austriacum і L. grandiflorum. Ефективність отримання сомаклонів була досить низькою в L. nervosum і L. campanulatum. Загалом для мікроклонального розмноження видів роду Linum оптимальними є середовища Мурасіге і Скуга, Гамборга і Евелега з додаванням 12,5 г/л глюкози. На завершальних етапах мікроклонального розмноження перед перенесенням мікроклонів in vivo доцільно використовувати середовище Уайта, яке сприяє високій частоті ризогенезу. Різновиди L. usitatissimum convar. elongatum і convar. usitatissimum мали різну реакцію на культивування в умовах in vitro. Висновки. Частота, інтенсивність калусо- й органогенезу, ефективність мікроклонального розмноження залежала від генотипу певного виду, тому для кожного з них доцільно окремо добирати склад поживного середовища і регулятори росту. Деякі види роду Linum ще не досліджені в умовах in vitro, тому отримані результати надалі дають змогу розширити сферу їх використання у практичній діяльності, зокрема в селекції як новий вихідний матеріал із сомаклональною мінливістю, у міжвидових схрещуваннях, у декоративному квітникарстві. | Цель. Установить частоту и интенсивность каллусо- и органогенеза, эффективность микроклонального размножения различных видов рода Linum L. (Linaceae) в условиях in vitro. Методы. Для индуцирования каллусо- и органогенеза в условиях in vitro гипокотильные сегменты видов Linum usitatissimum L. (convar. elongatum и convar. usitatissimum), L. tenue Desf., L. bienne Mill., L. corymbulosum Pchb., L. nervosum Waldst. & Kit., L. flavum L., L. campanulatum L., L. perenne L., L. austriacum L., L. grandiflorum Desf., L. strictum L. культивировали на среде Мурасиге и Скуга с добавлением 0,05 мг/л 1 наф­тилуксусной кислоты и 1,0 мг/л 6 бензиламинопурина при 16 часовом фотопериоде, интенсивности освещения 2500 лк, относительной влажности 60–80% и температуре воздуха 22–24 °С. Для микроклонального размножения использовали среды Мурасиге и Скуга, Уайта, Гамборга и Эвелега и их модификации. Результаты измерений интерпретировали по среднему арифметическому, погрешности выборочной средней, наименьшей существенной разнице и ранжировали. Результаты. Различные виды рода Linum в значительной мере способны к образованию каллуса и регенерации побегов в условиях in vitro при указанных условиях культивирования. Частота каллусогенеза для исследуемых образцов на 35-е сутки культивирования колебалась в пределах 81,25–100,00%, масса каллуса с одного экспланта – 0,21–1,64 г, частота органогенеза – 12,50–100%, количество побегов – 1,8–7,6 шт. и высота побегов – 0,82–2,12 см. По высокой интенсивности каллусообразования выделились следующие виды: L. usitatissimum convar. elongatum, L. tenue, L. bienne и L. strictum. Наиболее интенсивный органогенез свойственный видам L. tenue, L. bienne, L. flavum, L. austriacum и L. grandiflorum. Эффективность получения сомаклонов была достаточно низкой у L. nervosum и L. campanulatum. В целом для микроклонального размножения видов рода Linum. оптимальными являются среды Мурасиге и Скуга, Гамборга и Эвелега с добавлением 12,5 г/л глюкозы. На завершающих этапах микроклонального размножения перед переносом микроклонов in vivo целесообразно использовать среду Уайта, которая способствует высокой частоте ризогенеза. Разновидности L. usitatissimum convar. elongatum и convar. usitatissimum имели разную реакцию на культивирование в условиях in vitro. Выводы. Частота, интенсивность каллусо- и органогенеза, эффективность микроклонального размножения зависела от генотипа определенного вида, поэтому для каждого их них целе­сообразно отдельно подбирать состав питательной среды и регуляторы роста. Отдельные виды рода Linum не исследованы в условиях in vitro, поэтому полученные результаты дают возможность в дальнейшем расширить сферу их использования в практической деятельности, в частности в селекции как новый исходный материал с сомаклональной изменчивостью, в межвидовых скрещиваниях, в декоративном цветоводстве. | Purpose. Intensive organogenesis was pecular to L. tenue, L. bienne, L. flavum, L. austriacum and L. grandiflorum. The efficiency of somaclone obtaining was quite low in L. nervosum and L. campanulatum. In total, for the microclonal reproduction of species of the genus Linum Murashige and Skoog, Gamborg and Eveleighmedia supplementedwith 12.5 g/l glucose were optimal. At the final stages of microclonal propagation, before transferring microclones in vivo, it is advisable to use White medium, which contributes to a high frequency of rhizogenesis. Varieties of L. usitatissimum convar. elongatum and convar. usitatissimum had diffe­rent responses to in vitro culture. Conclusions. The frequency and intensity of callus formation and organogenesis, the effectiveness of microclonal reproduction depended on the genotype of a particular species; therefore it is advisable to select the composition of the nutrient medium and growth regulators for each of them. Some species of the genus Linum have not yet been studied in vitro, so the obtained results allow expanding the scope of their use in practice, in particular in breeding as a new source material with somaclonal variation, interspecific crosses, and ornamental floriculture.

Biological differences in the growth and development and the mass of root crops formation allowed high yielding hybrids to respond to the use of supplemental mineral nutrition properly, and therefore, high productivity rates were also obtained on fertilized variants. When harvesting root crops in September, the ‘Romul’ hybrid in the control variant formed 54.0 t/ha of root crops, and with fertilizer N150P150K150 and N300P300K300 – 74.2 t/ha. The delay in harves­ting did not lead to a significant increase in the productivity of the investigated sugar beet hybrids. Thus, in the third decade of October, sugar beets on average formed 48.8–67.9 t/ha of root crops, and root crops had an average of 18.3–20.7% sugar. The best performance was provided by the hybrid ‘Sofiia’, so the control sugar content was 22.0%, and with the fertilizer N150P150K150 – 20.5% and N300P300K300 – 19.5%. The use of fertilizers N150P150K150 and N300P300K300 contributed to higher yields of root crops with lower sugar content, which corresponded to data obtained by other scientists. Conclusions. When harvesting in the third decade of September and being fertilized with N150P150K150, hybrids formed: ‘BTsChS 57’ – 66.8, ‘Heroi’ – 66.2, ‘Romul’ – 72.0, ‘Quarta’ – 66.0 t/ha of root crops, with fertilizer in a dose of N300P300K300 – 68.8; 68.1; 74.2 and 68.0 t/ha, respectively. It was proved that at the harvesting period in the third decade of October, ‘BTsChS 57’, ‘Heroi’, ‘Sofiia’ and ‘Romul’ were the best. In addition, the introduction of the mineral nut­rition in dose N300P300K300 did not provide a yield increase that could recoup additional mineral nutrition compared to the dose N150P150K150. In terms of sugar content of the sugar beet root crops, the hybrids ‘Heroi’ – 21.4%, ‘Sofiia’ – 21.8%, ‘Ukrainskyi ChS72’ – 21.3% and ‘Romul’ – 21.4% were the best at harvesting in the third decade of September; and in the third decade of October the maximum level of sugar content in root crops was in hybrids ‘Sofiia’ – 22.0% and ‘Umanskyi’ – 21.9%. The use of mineral fertilizers led to a decrease in the sugar content in roots by about 1.3–2.5% compared with unfertilized control options. Such a reaction of plants is caused by a sufficient level of soil supply with mineral nutrition compounds.

Мета. Установити особливості формування продуктивності гібридів буряків цукрових залежно від варіантів удобрення та строків збирання.Методи. Польові, лабораторні.Результати. Біологічні відмінності в рості та розвитку і формуванні маси коренеплодів дозволили високопродуктивним гібридам реагувати на застосування додаткового мінерального живлення належним чином, а тому на удобрених варіантах були також отримані високі показники продуктивності. Встановлено, що за збирання коренеплодів в вересні гібрид ‘Ромул’ на контрольному варіанті формував 54,0 т/га коренеплодів, а за удобрення N150P150K150  – 72,0 т/га та N300P300K300  – 74,2 т/га. Затримка зі збиранням не призвела до суттєвого зростання рівня продуктивності досліджуваних нами гібридів буряків цукрових. Так, за п’ятого строку збирання, що припадає на третю декаду жовтня буряки цукрові в середньому формували 48,8–67,9 т/га коренеплодів. За збирання буряків цукрових в третю декада жовтня в коренеплодах в середньому було 18,3–20,7% цукру, а от найкращі параметри забезпечував гібрид ‘Софія’, так, на контролі цукристість була 22,0%, а за удобрення N150P150K150  – 20,5% та N300P300K300  – 19,5%. Застосування удобрення N150P150K150 та N300P300K300  сприяло отриманню більшої урожайності коренеплодів за їх меншої цукристості, що відповідає даним отриманих іншими вченими.Висновки. За збирання в третій декаді вересня, та за удобрення N150P150K150  гібриди формували відповідно ‘БЦЧС 57’ 66,8, ‘Герой’ 66,2, ‘Ромул’ 72,0, ‘Кварта’66,0 т/га коренеплодів, а за удобрення в дозі N300P300K300  – 68,8; 68,1; 74,2 та  68,0 т/га. Досліджено, що за збирання в третій декаді жовтня кращими були ‘БЦЧС 57’, ‘Герой’, ‘Софія’ та ‘Ромул’. Крім того, внесення норми мінерального живлення N300P300K300 не забезпечувала формування прибавки врожаю здатної окупити додаткове мінеральне живлення, порівняно з нормою  N150P150K150. За вмістом цукру в коренеплодах буряків цукрових за збирання в третій декаді вересня кращими були наступні гібриди: ‘Герой’ – 21,4%, ‘Софія’ – 21,8%, ‘Український ЧС72’ – 21,3% та ‘Ромул’ 21,4%, а в третю декаду жовтня максимальний рівень вмісту цукру в коренеплодах був в гібридів: ‘Софія’ – 22,0% та ‘Уманський’ 21,9%. Застосування мінерального удобрення призводило до зменшення цукристості коренеплодів приблизно на 1,3–2,5% порівняно з неудобреними контрольними варіантами. Установлено, что за уборки корнеплодов в сентябре гибрид ‘Ромул’ на контрольном варианте формировал 54,0 т/га корнеплодов, а за удобрения N150P150K150 – 72,0 т/га и N300P300K300 – 74,2 т/га. Задержка с уборкой не привела к существенному увеличению уровня продуктивности исследуемых нами гибридов сахарной свеклы. Так, на третью декаду октября сахарная свекла в среднем формировала 48,8–67,9 т/га корнеплодов, а в корнеплодах в среднем было 18,3–20,7% сахара. Лучшие параметры обеспечивал гибрид ‘София’, так, на контроле сахаристость была 22,0%, а за удобрения N150P150K150 – 20,5% и N300P300K300 – 19,5%. Применение удобрения N150P150K150 и N300P300K300 способствовало получению большей урожайности корнеплодов с их меньшей сахаристости, что соответствует данным полученных другими учеными.Выводы. При уборке в третьей декаде сентября и при удобрении N150P150K150 гибриды формировали: ‘БЦЧС 57’ – 66,8, ‘Герой’ – 66,2, ‘Ромул’ – 72,0, ‘Кварта’ – 66,0 т/га корнеплодов, при удобрении в дозе N300P300K300 – 68,8; 68,1; 74,2 и 68,0 т/га соответственно. По содержанию сахара в корнеплодах сахарной свеклы при уборке в третьей декаде сентября лучшими были следующие гибриды: ‘Герой’ – 21,4%, ‘Софія’ – 21,8%, ‘Український ЧС72’ – 21,3% и ‘Ромул’ – 21,4%, а в третьей декаде октября максимальный уровень содержания сахара в корнеплодах был у гибридов: ‘Софія’ – 22,0% и ‘Уманський’ – 21,9%. Применение минерального удобрения приводило к уменьшению сахаристости корнеплодов примерно на 1,3–2,5% по сравнению с неудобренными контрольными вариантами. Такая реакция растений выз­вана достаточным уровнем обеспечения почвы соединениями минерального питания.

Мета. Установити закономірності зміни реологічних властивостей тіста та лабораторної випічки залежно від кількості борошна з різних сортів люпину, доданого до пшеничного борошна. Методи. Хлібопекарські якості аналізували за допомогою альвеографа та фаринографа. Результати. На основі оцінювання показників альвеографа, фаринографа та лабораторної випічки хліба визначено закономірності зміни реологічних властивостей тіста за додавання борошна люпину до пшеничного борошна. Частка впливу сорту люпину на показники сили борошна, пружності та розтяжності тіста, індексу еластичності становить від 1 до 4%, концентрації борошна – 82–98%. На основі отриманих даних визначено рівняння регресії залежностей між показниками альвеографа та кількістю борошна люпину, доданого до пшеничного. Установлено лінійну залежність між фізичними характеристиками тіста і концентрацією борошна люпину. Частка впливу сорту люпину на час утворення тіста, показник розрідження тіста, валориметричну оцінку борошняної суміші становить 4–18%, концентрації борошна люпину – 57–76%. Показник об’ємного виходу хліба на 86% визначається концентрацією борошна люпину і на 6% – його сортом. На основі рівнянь регресії між фізичними властивостями тіста та концентрацією борошна люпину виявлено експоненціальну, лінійну та поліноміальну залежності. Лінійну залежність установлено між об’ємним виходом хліба та концентрацією борошна люпину в пшенично-люпиновій суміші. Висновки. На реологічні властивості тіста, а також об’ємний вихід хліба найістотніше впливає концентрація борошна люпину в пшенично-люпиновій борошняній суміші (57–98%). Частка впливу на ці показники сортів люпину, використаних у дослідженні, не перевищує 18%. Установлені рівняння регресії між концентрацією борошна люпину та фізичними характеристиками тіста дають змогу спрогнозувати їх зміни залежно від кількості люпинового борошна, доданого в пшеничне.

На основе оценки показателей альвеографа, фаринографа и лабораторной выпечки хлеба определены закономерности изменения реологических свойств теста при добавлении муки люпина к пшеничной муке. Доля влияния сорта люпина на показатели силы муки, упругости и растяжимости теста, индекса эластичнос­ти составляет от 1 до 4%, концентрации муки – 82–98%. На основе полученных данных определены уравнения рег­рессии зависимостей между показателями альвеографа и количеством муки люпина, добавленной к пшеничной. Установлено линейную зависимость между физическими характеристиками теста и концентрацией муки люпина. Доля влияния сорта люпина на время образования теста, показатель разжижжения теста, валориметрическую оценку мучной смеси составляет 4–18%, концентрации муки люпина – 57–76%. Показатель объемного выхода хлеба на 86% определяется концентрацией муки люпина и на 6% – его сортом. На основе уравнений регрессии между физическими свойствами теста и концентрацией муки люпина существует экспоненциальная, линейная и полиномиальная зависимость. Линейную зависимость установлено между объемным выходом хлеба и концентрацией муки люпина в пшенично-люпиновой смеси. Выводы. На реологические свойства теста, а также объемный выход хлеба наиболее существенно влияет концентрация муки люпина в пшенично-люпиновой мучной смеси (57–98%). Доля влияния на эти показатели сортов люпина, использованных в исследовании, не превышает 18%. На основі рівнянь регресії між фізичними властивостями тіста та концентрацією борошна люпину виявлено експоненціальну, лінійну та поліноміальну залежності. Лінійну залежність установлено між об’ємним виходом хліба та концентрацією борошна люпину в пшенично-люпиновій суміші. Висновки. На реологічні властивості тіста, а також об’ємний вихід хліба найістотніше впливає концентрація борошна люпину в пшенично-люпиновій борошняній суміші (57–98%). Частка впливу на ці показники сортів люпину, використаних у дослідженні, не перевищує 18%. Установлені рівняння регресії між концентрацією борошна люпину та фізичними характеристиками тіста дають змогу спрогнозувати їх зміни залежно від кількості люпинового борошна, доданого в пшеничне. | Purpose. To investigate the patterns of changing the rheological properties of the dough and laboratory baking, depending on the amount of flour from different varieties of lupine added to wheat flour. Methods. The baking quality was analyzed using an alveograph and farinograph. Results. Based on the evaluation of alveograph, farinograph and laboratory bread baking, the patterns of changing the rheological properties of the dough when adding lupine flour to wheat flour were determined. The share of lupine variety’s influenced on flour strength, elasticity and stretchability of the dough, elasticity index ranged from 1 to 4%, with flour concentration – 82–98%. On the basis of the obtained data of the regression equation for the dependencies between the alveographer parameters and the amount of lupine flour added to wheat one were determined. A linear relationship was established between the physical characteristics of dough and the concentration of lupine flour. The proportion of the lupine variety impact on the time of dough formation, rate of dough fluidizing, valorimetric estimation of the flour mixture was 4–18%, the concentration of lupine flour was 57–76%. The bread loaf volume was for 86% determined by the concentration of lupine flour and for 6% by lupine variety. Based on the regression equations between the physical properties of the dough and the concentration of lupine flour, an exponential, linear, and polynomial dependence were found. The linear dependence was revealed between the bread loaf volume and the concentration of lupine flour in a lupine-wheat mixture. Conclusions. The rheological properties of the dough, as well as the bread loaf volume, were most influenced by the concentration of lupine flour in lupine-wheat flour mixture (57–98%). The share of influence on these indicators of lupine varieties used in the study did not exceed 18%. The revealed regression equations between the concentration of lupine flour and the physical characteristics of the dough allow predic­ting their changes depending on the amount of lupine flour added to wheat flour.

To determine the features of the leaf surface area formation and the dynamics of growth of the vege­tative mass of various sainfoin species depending on the influence of mineral fertilizers and inoculation. Methods. Field, laboratory, statistical. Results. In the course of experimental studies, the morphological features of plants in the process of growth and development of various sainfoin species were studied. As our studies showed, all sainfoin species had different plant densities, which accordingly affected the leaf surface area. In the budding phase, the leaf surface area of plants of the first year in continuous cultivation ranged from 17.01 to 24.3 thousand m2/ha on average over three years; in particular, from 18.06 to 24.3 – for common sainfoin; 17.6–20.5 – for transcaucasus sainfoin and 17.1–20.3 thousand m2/ha – for sand sainfoin. The maximum leaf surface area of the plants of the first year of cultivation, regardless of its species, was observed during flowering with the application of complete mineral fertilizer (N45P60K90). In areas without fertilizer this figure was much lower. In the experiments, an increase in the leaf surface on all three studied species and sainfoin varieties from the first to the third year of their cultivation was clearly observed. According to the results of gross productivity for 2 mowings, it was found that common sainfoin forms the maximum increase of top with complete mineral fertilizer and seed inoculation – 43.03 t/ha. Conclusions. The productivity of sainfoin crops depended mostly on the application of complete fertilizer at a dose of N45P60K90 + inoculation of seeds. To a much lesser extent, the species of sainfoin and the cutting height of the first mowing of the grass stand affected its productivity. It was revealed that the greatest dynamics of vegetative mass growth was observed in common sainfoin, and the smallest was recorded in sand sainfoin.

В процессе экспериментальных исследований изучены морфологические особенности растений в процессе роста и развития различных видов эспарцета. Как показали исследования, все виды эспарцета имели различную плотность стояния растений, которая соответствующим образом влияла на площадь листовой поверхности. В фазе бутонизации площадь листовой поверхности растений эспарцета первого года выращивания в сплошном посеве в среднем за три года колебалась от 17,01 до 24,3 тыс. м2/га, в частности, у посевного – от 18,06 до 24,3; закавказского – 17,6–20,5 и песчаного – 17,1–20,3 тыс. м2/га. Максимальную площадь листовой поверхности у растений эспарцета первого года выращивания, независимо от его вида, наблюдали в период цветения при внесении полного минерального удобрения (N45Р60К90). На участках без удобрения этот показатель был значительно меньше. В опытах четко наб­людалось увеличение листовой поверхности на всех трех исследуемых видах и сортах эспарцета от первого к третьему году ихнего выращивания. Согласно полученным результатам по валовой урожайности за 2 укоса установлено, что максимальное нарастание надземной массы формирует эспарцет посевной при полном минеральном удобрении и инокуляции семян – 43,03 т/га. Выводы. Продуктивность в посевах эспарцета больше зависела от внесения полного минерального удобрения в дозе N45Р60К90 + инокуляция семян. Значительно в меньшей степени влияли вид эспарцета и высота скашивания травостоя первого укоса. В результате исследований установлено, что наибольшая динамика нарастания вегетативной массы наблюдалась у эспарцета посевного, а наименьшую было зафиксировано у эспарцета песчаного. | Мета. Визначити особливості формування площі листкової поверхні та динаміку наростання вегетативної маси різних видів еспарцету залежно від впливу мінеральних добрив та інокуляції. Методи. Польовий, лабораторний, статистичний. Результати. Під час експериментальних досліджень вивчено морфологічні особливості рослин у процесі росту й розвитку різних видів еспарцету. Як показали дослідження, всі види еспарцету мали різну щільність стояння рослин, яка відповідним чином впливала на площу листкової поверхні. У фазу бутонізації площа листкової поверхні рослин еспарцету першого року вирощування у суцільному посіві в середньому за три роки коливалась від 17,01 до 24,3 тис. м2/га, зокрема, у посівного – від 18,06 до 24,3; закавказького – 17,6–20,5 і піщаного – 17,1–20,3 тис. м2/га. Максимальну площу листкової поверхні у еспарцету першого року вирощування, незалежно від його виду, спостерігали в період цвітіння за внесення повного мінерального добрива (N45Р60К90). На неудобрених ділянках цей показник був значно менший. У дослідах чітко спостерігалось збільшення листкової поверхні на всіх трьох досліджуваних видах та сортах еспарцету від першого до третього року їхнього вирощування. Згідно з отриманими результатами валової врожайності за 2 укоси встановлено, що максимальне наростання надземної маси формує еспарцет посівний за пов­ного мінерального удобрення та інокуляції насіння – 43,03 т/га. Висновки. Продуктивність еспарцетових посівів найбільше залежала від внесення повного мінерального добрива в дозі N45Р60К90 + інокуляція насіння. Значно меншою мірою впливали вид еспарцету та висота скошування травостою першого укосу.
