The compositions of amino acids, minerals and carbohydrates of bulk milk from 3 milk plants were investigated monthly as a link in the chain of the effort to from the standared composition table of Korean raw milk. The contents of leucine in the essential amino acids in the non-essential amino acids were the highest as 284 and 720mg%, respectively. The content of K was the highest as 0.34 % in the minerals and Ca and P were 0.13 and 0.10%, respectively
