The baking industry in Uganda

Uganda's growing baking industry is discussed. Its future prospects and contribution to the diets of the people of Uganda is highlighted. Constraints to the industry such as lack of trained manpower, baking equipment and quality controls are identified. Recommendations to solve these problems are given.
