Magnetic field extracted in the present investigations has a different effect (positive or negative) on the culture of yeasts and the ethanol fermentation. The most advantageous variant of the experiment manifested itself with an increased productivity of yeasts (2-12 percent) and ethanol (8.5-30 percent). It has been proved that the periodical effect of magnetic field in the final phase of increase of yeasts or ethanol fermentation consists in higher productivity of these processes
