The jute hairy caterpillar, Spilosoma (=Diacrisia) obliqua (Walker) is an important pest of jute. A lot of information is available on this pest on various aspects. A bibliography was first published in 1979 and was updated in three more supplements in 1982, 1985 and 1990. This is the fourth updated supplement covering literature upto 1991.
