[Rosioara wine - a raw stuff to obtain "Pelin" vermouth]

The paper presents experimental results to obtain the dry vermouth ("Pelin") wine type refreshment, and of May vermouth, using as raw stuff the wine resulted from the local grapes Rosioara variety. The white and rosy wines that gave 200 g dry vermouth per hectolitre of wine and the dose of 15 ml a litre wine proved to be the most suitable for consumption.
