The analysis was carried out for water-soluble and E- and K-vitamins in domestic-cultivated vegetables and fruits and in imported citrus fruits and bananas. The characterisics of the analyzed vitamins are presented. On base of the data on fruit- and vegetable consumption, calculations are made for the degree of supply and proposals are given for its improvement
