Distilled water and HCl solutions were used as an eluent. The extracts were prepared by flooding the samples of sandy, loess and loamy air-dry soil and sieved through a sieve of 1 mm mesh diameter. The samples were flooded for 12 and 24 days. The mass determined, total content Mn in soils was measured by AAS technique.
