High variability of fat content in milk is dependent on changes in cow nourishment. The influence of breeds, butyric acid, propionic acid, fibres, as well as content of feed dosage on milk fat quantity are described. Barley, oat, and additional fats as components of feed dosages with influences on digestion and milk fat content are recommended
