[Content of amino-acids in the milk of Latvian Brown Breed cows]

In the given investigation carried out at the Scientific Research Farm "Sigulda" the content of amido-acids in the milk of Latvian Brown Breed cows was determined during the lactation period. The animals were divides into two groups. The procedure of investigations is described. The dynamics of the total amino-acid content in milk during lactation is shown in a table. The results obtained in the investigations can be used to characterize Latvian Brown breed cows as well as to plan the product quality in milk processing.
