Purple corn hybrids were developed by the Maize Breeding for Application to Seed Business Project, Kasetsart University. High-yielding hybrids with high concentrating colour in cobs and grains which is Anthocyanin were used for utilization. The color can tolerate to high temperature for sterilization. The colour can be used in making wine, drink and powder. The grain was grinded for making cookie and salapoa.
