Several conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) products are commercially available and there is an increasing interest in CLA due to the wide range of reported beneficial effects. Conjugated linoleic acid occurs in different meat and dairy products mainly in ruminant meat, chesse, butter and milk. The conjugated linoleic acid content and composition of four samples of cheese, three samples of butter and one milk was determined and compared with some commercial conjugated linoleic acid products.
