A technology of producing a suspension fluorescent enzymatic diagnosticum was developed to detect infectious agents antigens in a suspension agglutination test (SAT), immunofluorescence test (IFT) and EIA. A characteristic of this polyfunctional diagnosticum is given and its efficacy is shown compared to the conventional diagnosticums: the test system for EIA, fluorescing immunoglobulins (IG) for IFT and suspension diagnosticum for HNT. The diagnosticum production technology is based on binding immunoglobulin ligand (class G IG) with aluminium silicate (a medium) characterized by high reactivity of surface centers. As a dye fluorescein isothiocyanate was used. Testing tularemia diagnosticum (TD) and leptospirosis diagnosticum (LD) compared to erythrocytic TD in HNT, suspension (dye – auramin) in CFT, tularemia diagnostic fluorescent IG in IFT and immunoperoxidase conjugate in EIA showed high activity and specificity of the polyfunctional diagnosticum allowing to make an express diagnosis in CFT in 1-5 min (in IFT – 40 min, in EIA – 3 h). In EIA the results similar to the conventional diagnosticum were obtained, but the shelf life of the diagnosticum increased twice (2 years, not 1 year). An indefeasible advantage of the polyfuctional diagnosticum is a possibility to run simultaneously 3 kinds of express analyses (CFT, IFT and EIA) having the comparative sensibility when using only one ampoule of the preparation in field conditions and extreme epizootic and epidemic situations.
