The results obtained showed that with addition of enzyme phytase (0.1%) into diets for chickens, by double less level of MKF (monocalcium phosphate), positive effects are reached meaning the contents the calcium and phosphorus in blood serum of chickens. The chickens of experimental group had bigger content of calcium (13.15mg%) (P is less than 0.01), of total phosphorus (21.28 mg%) (P is less than 0.01); of inorganic phosphorus (7.02 mg%) (P is greater than 0.05) in comparation to chickens of control group: calcium (11.95 mg%), totally phosphorus (19.58 mg%) and inorganic phosphorus (6.82 mg%).
