中国人. 探讨常温下适宜箭杆杨试管苗腋芽增殖、生根的最佳培养条件。以MS培养为基本培养基，附加不同浓度的吲哚丁酸（IBA）、萘乙酸（NAA）以及6-氨苄基腺嘌呤（6-BA）组成试验培养基，对箭杆杨组织进行培养，观察其生根情况和愈伤组织诱导情况。箭杆杨脱分化最佳培养基为：MS+1.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.1 mg/L IBA，该条件下的愈伤组织诱导率为90%；不定芽分化诱导培养基为：1/2MS+0.1 mg/L IBA+0.5 mg/L 6BA，该条件下的诱导分化率为67.1%；芽增殖培养基为：MS+1.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.1mg/L IBA，该条件下的增殖数为5.8；最佳生根培养基为：1/2MS+1.0 mg/L IBA，该条件下的生根率为81.3%。建立了箭杆杨组织培养再生体系，为其种质资源的试管保存奠定了基础。

With the basic MS medium added with different concentrations of IBA, NAA and 6-BA, the rooting and callus induction were observed. The best medium for dedifferentiation was MS + 6-BA 1.0 mg/L + IBA 0.1 mg/L, the frequency of callus induction was 90％; The ideal medium for induction and differentiation of the callus was 1/2MS + IBA 0.1 mg/L + 6-BA 0.5 mg/L, induction and differentiation rate was 67.1%; The medium for shoot proliferation was MS + 6-BA 1.0 mg/L + IBA 0.1mg/L, proliferation number was 5.8; The optimum medium for producing roots was 1/2MS + IBA 1.0 mg/L with 81.3% rooting ratio. The tissue culture regeneration system was established, which laid a basis for the storage invitro of germplasm resources.
