In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there were developed basic technological parameters of biochemically modified forage germinated grain production. The presented parameters include the following requirements: to initial grain; to content of water-salt solutions with macro- and microelements for grain soaking; moisture and temperature regimes of grain soaking and sprouting; optimal drying regimes. The presented requirements made it possible to maximally save amino-acids and vitamins synthesized in the process of biochemical transformations. Lysine content in biochemically modified forage germinated grain of triticale (Triticosecale) increased from 5,1 up to 12,9 g/kg of bony-dry matter. The amount of arginine, threonine, leucine, isoleucine, methionine, histidine and valine grew in more than 1,7-3,5 times, and vitamins of В group - in 1,5-4,5 times. Feeding of stores with mixed fodders on the basis of biochemically modified forage germinated triticale grain in ratio of 20% made it possible to increase live weight gain of pigs on 5,0%, reduce expenses for fodders on weight gain on 3,7% and their price on 3,1%.
