In this study, the effect on the residue of So2(sulphur)of H2o2 applied to sulphured dried apricots in different fruit size and varieties was investigated.Hacıhaliloglu,Kabaasi,Soganci and Cologlu as the apricot varieties and four sizes mentioned in the standard of TSE 485 as the fruit size were used in this research.

Bu araştırmada farklı meyve çeşidi ve iriliğine sahip kükürtlenmiş kayısı kurularında H2o2 uygulamasının So2 kalıntısına etkisi araştırılmıştır.Meyve çeşidi olarak Hacıhaliloğlu,Kabaaşı,Soğancı ve Çöloğlu,meyve iriliği olarak TSE 485 standardında belirtilen 4 kayısı boyutu tercih edilmiştir.
