英语. The aim of the present study was to determine wastewater sewage effects on water quality at the coastal zone of Sinop Peninsula. The water samples were taken at sea from 8 stations between July 2006 and June 2007. Water quality parameters (salinity and conductivity, pH, temperature, soluable oxygen (mg/l), BOD (mg/l), organic matter test (mg/l), total alkalinity (mg CaCO3/l), total suspended solid (mg/l), nitrite test (mg/l NO2 - -N), nitrate test (mg/l NO3 - -N), and free carbondioxide (mg/l)) were determined from each station.

Su örnekleri, Temmuz 2006, Haziran 2007 tarihleri arasında, 8 istasyondan, kıyıdan alınmıstır. Su kalite parametreleri (tuzluluk ve elektriksel iletkenlik, pH, sıcaklık, çözünmüs oksijen (mg/l), BO (mg/l), organik madde testi (mg/l), toplam alkalinite (mg CaCO3/l), toplam askıda katı madde (mg/l), nitrit tayini (mg/l NO2 - - N), nitrat tayini (mg/l NO3 - - N) ve serbest karbondioksit tayini (mg/l)) her istasyon için belirlenmistir.
